PurposeComparison of DHS, locking proximal femoral fractures plate and PFNA for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric, so as to provide reference for selection and operation of internal fixation of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.MethodThe Department of the first hospital trauma Changsha City since2008January to2013January hospitalized patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture operation treatment. Age between60-88years old, operation mode is DHS, proximal femoral locking plate or PFNA fixed, causes were trauma, eliminate pathological fracture. The patients were followed up and timely follow-up records, including records, telephone follow-up, review records, for special meaningful cases by home visits, excluding missing persons, the patients were228. ResultsStatistical analysis was made between the three groups of average operation time, intraoperative blood loss was two two, there was significant difference (P<0.05), locking plate group was the most amount of blood loss in operation, the longest time, blood loss in group PFNA were the least amount between DHS group, operation time, intraoperative blood loss between the two. In each group after1months Harris hip score by chi square test P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, after3months,6months,12months P>0.05, no significant difference.Knot theoryNo significant difference between the three kinds of internal fixation for the treatment of the long-term clinical efficacy, efficacy of PFNA was better than DHS and locking plate. PFNA patients in the treatment group were early weight loading walking, reduce the incidence of complications.
