Comparative Study Of3D-CTA And3D-DSA In The Follow Up Of Intracranial Aneurysm Clipping

Objective: To compared with Three-dimensional digital subtractionangiography(3D-DSA), three-dimensional spiral CT angiography(3D-CTA)follow up observation curative effect in intracranial aneurysm clipping afterthe application of value.Methods:41cases of intracranial aneurysm postoperative patients (44aneurysms) of our department microscope clipping line via pterionapproach of intracranial aneurysms from August2011to December2013,and take all the3D-CTA and3D-DSA follow-up of patients. In3D-DSA asthe reference standard, were evaluated3D-CTA examination revealedresidual aneurysm or recurrence, and parent artery stenosis or occlusion ofthe sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive value.Results: After one case there is posterior communicating arteryaneurysm postoperative follow-up of patients,3D-CTA and3D-DSAexamination of residual aneurysms were found, one case after anotherposterior communicating artery aneurysm postoperative follow-up of patients,3D-CTA and3D-DSA check the parent artery occlusion werefound. The remaining patients with surgical clipping to good effect,3D-CTA and3D-DSA showed no residual aneurysm and occlusion,follow-up inspection found no recurrence of the aneurysm and parent arterystenosis.3D-CTA evaluation of residual aneurysm and parent arteryocclusion sensitivity, specificity, and negative and positive predictive valuewas100%, and accuracy is consistent with3D-DSA.Conclusion: With the development of high-resolution CT applicationsand talk about software technology,3D-CTA is expected as a routineexamination of intracranial aneurysm efficacy of postoperative follow-up.
