The Clinical Study Of Jiawei Erzhi Pill’s Influence To Estradiol,Blood Lipid,Endothelial Function In The Treatment Of Hypertension Of Postmenopausal Women

ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Erzhi Pill in the treatment of Hypertension of Postmenopausal women and to compare estradiol,blood lipid,endothelial function with control group,and to explore both theory and clinical study on Erzhi Pill.MethodsIt is a prospective study.By the randomized control method,Screening for cardiovascular department of internal medicine the First Affiliated Ho spital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2014 July2015 March 60 cases of inpatient and outpatient natural menopause patien ts with hypertension.They were randomly divided into two groups with sin gleblind randomized method.The treatment group and control group both h ad 30 cases.Control group:patients with stage 1 hypertension withou t western medicine treatment,patients with stage 2 hypertension treate d with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets and Irbesartan Tablets.The treatment group:Patients with stage 1 hypertension not taking western medicine,Patients with stage 2 hypertension amlodipine besylate tablets and irbesa rtan tablets.Based on these conventional Western medicine therapy,rece ived oral Jiawei Erzhi Pill decoction.Took fasting peripheral venous b lood 3ml,measure by ELISA estradiol(E2),Electrochemiluminescence determi nation of estradiol(Estradiol,E2),serum nitric oxide double antibo dy sandwich method(Nitricoxide,NO)and endothelinl(Endothelin1,ET1)level,liverfunction was measured by rate method,enzymatic determination of renal function,cholesterol oxidase(CODPAP)method to measure the total cholesterol(Total cholesterol,TC)glycerol phos phate oxidase,peroxidase(GPOPAP)method for the determination of triglycerides(Triglyceride,TG),using impedance,laser light scatter ing and fluorescence determination of white blood cell staining me thod(White blood cells,WBC),red blood cell(Red blood cel 1,RBC),hemoglobinn(Hemoglobin,HGB),platelet(Platelet,PLT),before and after treatment.Observed the differences of related indicato rs before and after the treatment.All experimental data were processed by SPSS19.0 software,the measurement data expressed by the mean and s tandard deviationn,the measurement data were compared with paired t test,measurement data were compared using the paired t test,count dat a structure,rat*e between the groups before and after treatment an d were compared with the the Chi square test,grading information with rank sum test,P<0.05 said statistically significant difference.Results1、At 0 weeks of intervention,the two groups had no statistical significance before treatment of patients with age,duration of menopause,duration of hypertension,E2,TG,TC,N0,ET1,Scr,ALT,AST and blood analysis level difference(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.During the treatment,the treatment group no case fall off.2、Sex hormone deficiency symptoms:after 4 weeks of intervention,compared with the control group,decreased the therapeutic index of the treatment group improved Kupperman score increasedwith significantdiffe rence(P<0.05).3、Estradiol:4 weeks after intervention,compared with the control group,no significant differences in the level of estrogen treatment grOup(P>0.05).4、Blood fat:4 weeks after intervention,compared with the control gro up,the levels of TC and TG of treatment group,decreased significantly(P<0.05).5、Endothelial function index:4 weeks after intervention,compared with the control group,the NO level of treatment group increased and the ET level of treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).6、Safety evaluation:4 weeks after intervention,compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the liver and kidney function indexes of the treatment group(P<0.05).ConclusionJiawei erzhi pill can improve their estrogen deficiency symptoms,reduce TC,TG,ET1 levels and elevated levels of NO,had no obvious effect on postmenopausal women with hypertension E2,speculated that the two solstices pill may imitate the action of the female hormone estrogen The improvement in postmenopausal women with estrogen deficiency symptoms in patients with hypertension,vascular endothelial function and reduce the levels of the TC and TG,no acute damage to human liver and kidney function.
