Preliminaiy Observaiton Of Acupuncture At Qimen And Yanglingquan On The Time-effect Rule Of The Influence Of The Low Tension Gallbladder’s Movement

Objective： Through under ultrasound monitoring the volume of gallbladder beforeand after acupuncture， compared with chronic cholecystitis patient’s low tensiongallbladder movement on acupuncture at Qimen and Qimen matching with Yanglingquan.Provide a reference basis to research the time-effect rule of acupuncture treatment ofchronic cholecystitis.Methods：To conform to the inclusion criteria of28patients were randomly dividedinto two acupuncture groups:Qimen and Qimen matching with Yanglingquan.Thegallbladder volume at different time points (immediately before acupuncture, after5minutes，10minutes，20minutes，30minutes，40minutes，50minutes，60minutes) aremeasured by using B-ultrasonography, then the curves of time-effect rule of gallbladdermovement on acupuncture are traced out for further statistical analysis.Results：When50minutes after the acupuncture, the two acupoints group ofgallbladder contraction ratio (comparing with acupuncture before) achieves the maximumvalue.The gallbladder contraction ratio (compared with the previous point in time) and thegallbladder contraction speed were statistically difference (P<0.05).By comparing twogroups of integrity after30minutes in acupuncture, the time and the interaction betweenthe groups with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion：In acupuncture treatment ofchronic low tension cholecystitis, both groups have certain adjustment; In acupuncturetreatment of chronic cholecystitis, Qimen and Yanglingquan have synergistic effects inregulating the power of the gallbladder;the best time of retaining needle is50minutes.
