| Background:With the development of modern society,the people's living standards have been continuously improved,and the dietary structure has been constantly changing.The incidence of cholecystitis and gallbladder stones continues to increase.This not only causes great pain to the patient's physical and mental health,but also brings a great spirit.Pressure also adds a certain social burden.With the continuous development of medicine,laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery has gradually replaced traditional open surgery,which has reduced the damage to patients and shortened the recovery time.However,the problem of postoperative gastrointestinal recovery has not been effectively improved.With the continuous development of clinical medicine,the gradual refinement of the medical division,and the deepening of the "people-oriented" concept,how to accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative stress response,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the body The rapid recovery of functional performance has become an important clinical research.Acupuncture is an important part of the motherland medicine.As an important treatment technology,acupuncture is more and more popular among clinicians and patients because of its advantages of simplicity,ease of operation,and small therapeutic effect.Acupuncture has an accelerating effect on postoperative analgesia and promotes rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function.The integration of multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary fields in today's society is the trend of development.Modern medicine and traditional medicine are also mutually absorbing and learning.Acupuncture technology will gradually play an important role in surgery.Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at gallbladder acupoint on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomyMethods:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed on 60 patients under general anesthesia from May 2017 to December 2017 in the Department of General Surgery,the First Clinical Medical College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.According to the randomized grouping method,60 patients were subsequently divided into a control group and 30 observation groups.The age ranged from 18 to 65;the operation time was between 0.5 and 2.0 hours;the intraoperative blood loss was less than or equal to 20 ml.There was no difference between the two groups in gender,age,operation time,and blood loss during surgery.Significant(P>0.05).The control group only used conventional basic western medicine after surgery.The treatment group was acupunctured by acupuncture at the gallbladder on the basis of anti-infection,rehydration,nutritional support,and other basic therapies:Straightly pierce the needle,add it to the grind and smooth it,fill it for 30 minutes,take the needle twice a day,observe the time of the first anus exhaust,the first defecation time,and the recovery time of bowel sounds.The quantified scores of TCM syndromes,length of stay,and hospitalization expenses were compared,and the differences within and between groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the first time of anal exhausting time,first anus defecation time,recovery time of bowel sounds,quantitative score of TCM symptom,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.After statistical analysis,there were significant results.difference.Conclusion:Acupuncture of gallbladder acupoints on basic treatment such as anti-infection,rehydration and nutritional support in western medicine has a significant effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and shortens and reduces hospitalization time and hospitalization costs.Relieving patients' suffering and alleviating the economic burden on society and patients' families are of great significance and are worthy of clinical promotion. |
