| With the advance of the medical level, achievements and technologycontinuously developed and applied to the medical field. Clinical care is anessential and integral part of clinical work.To meet society’s need for high-qualitymedical care, management model, the nursing theories reform and nursing staffcreate good character have become increasingly important in clinical care. Systemicand effective professional training is the essential method to improve the overallquality nurses’ capabilities.Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the results of2012and2013towyears the new nurses’ in Si Ping central hospital. Traditional way of trainingmanagement in2012.The standardized training in2013.And to present the results asbasis for medical education training reform.Method:This research through the databases domestic and international, such as CNKI,WAN FANG date, VIP database, PubMed, widely reviewed about the document ofnew nurse standardized training, for the development of this research provides thetheoretical basis and methods. This research contained306inquiries or investigations. Of situations closed inthese years (141in2012;165in2013), some involved the basic condition (the termsof their sex, age, education, marital and so on), the basic ability of clinical nursingability (clinical disposal ability, communication ability, health education andscientific research ability, teaching and management ability, professionalpsychological quality training) and training satisfaction degree with teaching attitude, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation.Using Epidate3.0establish database, using the method of double entryenrollment date, using SPSS18.0analyzed the date. Results:1. The new nurses’ general data shows, the women more than men, more nurseshas focused on23-25years old, most have college degree, unmarried, employmentcontract. The two years new nurses’ the general data has no statistical significance (P>0.05).2. In2013,through standardized approach to training new recruits nursestheoretical results (75.35±6.98) was significantly higher than the year of2012,through traditional training methods of theoretical results new recruits nurses(69.82±8.46), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).3. Through standardized training of new recruits nurses self-evaluation of thesituation in2013.Self-assessment through standardized training new recruits nursesoverall score in2013,evaluation of the highest scores of all previous five were: theability to manage items (8.67±0.93), curiosity (8.67±0.97), the ability toimplement the care system (8.55±0.98), the ability to develop health educationprograms (8.14±0.56), the practice of teaching ability (8.14±0.56).The lowest forall evaluation scores of the front five were: writing paper capacity (2.90±0.76),scientific research and design capacity (2.90±0.76), document retrieval capability(3.80±0.90), found that the ability of nursing problems (7.02±1.38), the feedbackeffect of health education capacity (7.28±1.09).4. The comparative analysis of the new nurses through the two differenttraining methods. In2013through the standardized training, the new recruitsnurses, acquisition history capabilities, illness observing skills to discover the abilityto care issues, to develop the ability to care programs, specialist care operationscapability, the ability to psychological care, the ability to handle doctor wassignificantly higher than2012through traditional training methods of new recruitsnurses scores (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant; In2013ability ofnew recruits through the ability of nurses to develop standardized training afterfeedback from health education programs of health education was significantlyhigher than in2012after the traditional training of new recruits nurses score, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);In2013through standardizedtraining of research and design capability for new recruits nurses were significantlyhigher than in2012after the traditional training of new recruits nurses scores (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; In2013through standardizedtraining practice new recruits nurses Teaching ability to score significantly higherthan in2012through traditional training of new recruits nurses scores (P <0.05), thedifference was statistically significant; In2013through standardized training of newrecruits nurses manage the environment’s ability to score significantly higher than in2012after the traditional training of new recruits nurses scores (P <0.05), thedifference was statistically significant; In2013through standardized training of newrecruits nurses autonomous learning scores were significantly higher than in2012after the traditional training of new recruits nurses score (P <0.05), the differencewas statistically significant.5. Comparative analysis of two different training methods for trainingSatisfaction. New recruits nurses in2013the implementation of standardizedtraining for generation education teacher can be individualized circumstances, teaching content heavy and difficult outstanding teaching content Note Update, satisfaction of teaching methods used, teaching methods and teaching process issignificantly higher than in2012through the traditional way of training the newrecruits nurses (P <0.05), the difference has statistically significant; In2013throughstandardized training of new recruits nurses training can increase interest in learningsatisfaction higher than the year of2012through the traditional way of training newrecruits nurses (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant; The overallsatisfaction of the new recruits nurses implement the traditional way of training of2012was71.6%, the new recruits nurses in2013,the implementation ofstandardized training for overall satisfaction with the training effect was83.0%, thenew recruits nurses in2013the implementation of standardized training for thewhole of the training satisfaction is higher than the2012implementation of thetraditional approach to training new recruits nurses (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Standardized training is an important stage of the new nurse education, which ishelpful to improve the new recruits nurses occupational competency and overallquality, also to protect patient safety, improve l satisfaction with the quality ofhospital care as an important part. The study found that both2012and2013haswomen more than men, mainly in23-25years old, college educated, unmarried, andmostly is the form of hiring contract. The year of2012and2013new nurses tend tobroadly consistent with the basic information.Standardized training can improve the new nurses’ theoretical and operatingresults, at the same time, it can improve the care and disposal capacity for newnurses to some extent, nursing health education capacity, nursing research and designcapabilities, nursing practice operating teaching ability, nursing environmentalmanagement capacity new nurses and occupational psychological qualities.Another standardized training can significantly improve the generation of newnurses teach teacher teaching implementation, teaching evaluation satisfaction. Therefore, the study shows that standardized training can improve the overall qualityof new nurses significantly, therefore hospital administrators and nursing managersshould base on the survey findings, integrated from multiple perspectives enrich andimprove standardized training mode stage, thus improving care the overall quality ofstaff to ensure quality of care, and improve the overall competitiveness of patientsatisfaction of the hospital. |
