Based On CBE Model,A Standardized Training Program For New Nurses Was Constructed

Objectives:This study aims to CBE model as the theoretical framework,the new nurse training needs as the guidance,in the 2016 national health and family planning commission issued by the general office of the new nurse training outline(try out)",on the basis of building a scientific,standardized and consistent with the new nurse standardized training program in yunnan province,to effectively develop new nurses in yunnan province standardization training to provide the theoretical basis,make new nurse standardized training gradually perfect,more in line with the trainers and new nurses work needs,strengthen new nurse is qualified for jobs.Methods:1.A research team was set up,and the item pool of Questionnaire on New Nurses’Standardized Training Needs was preliminarily developed through group brainstorming in combination with literature analysis and the Training Outline for New Nurses(Trial),and the preliminary draft of the questionnaire was formed after expert review.2.The convenience sampling was used for Preliminary investigation,30 nurses from a provincial level 3 grade a general hospital were selected,and 6 nursing experts with the title of deputy director or above and 10 years or more of clinical nursing and nursing management experience were selected for content validity demonstration,and the Questionnaire on the Standardized Training Nees of New Nurses was formed.3.The Delphi method was used to select 20 experts for two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and the indexes were adjusted and modified by combining the mean value of importance assignment and coefficient of variation,finally forming a standardized training program for new nursesResults:1.Through the pre-survey of 30 nurses and 6 experts,the results show that the Cronbach ’α of this questionnaire is 0.982,and the Cronbach’ α coefficient of all dimensions is above 0.8,and the content validity is 0.895.Therefore,this questionnaire has good reliability and validity.2.The respondents had a high demand for the standardized training of newly recruited nurses,and the average of the indicators was above 4 points.There was no statistical significance in the score difference between the training demand of newly recruited nurses and the training demand of nursing positions(P>0.05),the training needs of the two are consistent.3.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to develop a standardized training program for new nurses contains 3 first-level indicators(training dimension),16 second-level indicators(training module)and 137 third-level indicators(training items),and the proportion allocation method in the objective weighting method is used to determine the weight of each index.The training program includes 92 hours of theory training,99 hours of skills training and 9 hours of attitude and values training.This study Delphi consulting experts,a total of 20,two rounds of expert consultation positive coefficients was 100%,the authority coefficient is 0.898,The number of people who give their opinions is,respectively,the number of 16 people(80%),6(30%),two rounds of consultation at all levels of indicators of the coordination coefficient is 0.173～0.210(P<0.001),according to the research and consulting the expert has good reliability and representative.Conclusions:In this study,literature review,group discussion,brainstorming and Delphi experts were used to construct a standardized training program for new enrolled nurses,which was in line with the requirements of "Training Outline for New Entrance Nurses(Trial)"and the characteristics of new enrolled nurses in Yunnan Province.The effect of standardized training for new nurses,which implementation of the program,is better than that of traditional training,which indicates that the program is practical,feasible and scientific,and provides theoretical basis for the construction of a scientific and unified standardized training program for new nurses in Yunnan Province.
