Randomized Controlled Study On Intervention Of Knee Osteoarthritis By The New Box Of Warming Needle Acupuncture

Objective:of this study was to compare acupuncture combined with the new knee joint temperature box used with conventional acupuncture plus moxibustion acupuncture new knee warm acupuncture box and oral western medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy,scientific and objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of knee osteoarthritis and use value.Methods:according to the inclusion criteria,in the southern medical university affiliated hospital of shenzhen baoan rehabilitation family income of 90 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis,using randomized controlled methods can be divided into warm acupuncture group acupuncture plus moxibustion group and drug group,30 patients in each group.Three groups of patients’ age,sex,course of no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Record the WOMAC osteoarthritis index,fraction can use visual analog pain(visual analog scale VAS)scale and to evaluate curative effect before and after the Lysholm grading standard.Efficacy evaluation with reference to nim n method.Statistical methods applied SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Data to mean +/-standard deviation(x±S)said,compared with paired t test in the group,the comparison between the two groups using analysis of variance test,rank the Ridit analysis data,such as gender count data using the chi-squared comparison.With P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:warm acupuncture group total effective rate was 93.1%,the acupuncture plus moxibustion group total effective rate was 79.3%,the drug group total effective rate was 73.3%,through Ridit analysis,P<0.01,suggesting that three sets of overall curative effect difference is statistically significant.WOMAC joint index contrast before and after the three groups of their own,three groups all can reduce the WOMAC index score,bone after statistics analysis have statistical difference(P<0.01);Comparison between the three groups,the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.01),it can improve the symptoms of pain,stiffness,dysfunction,and so on,the warm acupuncture is superior to the needle plus moxibustion group,needle plus moxibustion is better than that of drug group,warm acupuncture group on the pain,stiffness,dysfunction rate was statistically difference(P<0.01),significantly higher than the needle plus moxibustion group and drug group.Within three way by t test,Lysholm scale score comparison,there are significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01).Analysis between groups,before and after treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.01),wen acupuncture group is better than that of needle plus moxibustion group,needle plus moxibustion is better than that of drug group.Conclusion:the curative effect of warm acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis,is a effective method.Temperature by moxibustion acupuncture method with tepid sexual stimulation to the body,the heat of the fire the heat generated by the moxa lit after can arrange the needle of the patient’s body to improve local the permeability of blood vessels,improve blood thick,viscosity,aggregation of blood rheology and blood dynamics properties such as,promote the blood circulation,accelerate the absorption of local inflammatory exudation,using new type of warm acupuncture and moxibustion box can restore the function of knee joint maximum keep the durability of the temperature,also can avoid warming needle acupuncture can cause burns the shortcomings,greatly improve the patients’ acceptance.
