Study on the improvement of financial management of capital construction projects, to enhance the financial work in the hospital basic function in the whole process of construction project management, improve the financial cost control and risk prevention ability is of great significance.Using the case method, this paper analyzes the basic construction project in a public hospital financial management present situation and its causes. Basic construction project based on a public hospital in debt risk, financial management and internal control problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement and optimization proposals, give full play to the financial management in the basic of the construction project supervision and control function, effectively guard against financial risk, reasonable control of project cost, eventually improve the efficiency of the basic construction projects investment.
