Research On Risk Management Of Infrastructure Projects In Public Hospitals

The rapid development of urbanization has promoted China's economy development,and it has also exerted tremendous pressure on China's resources,environment,infrastructure,etc.,especially the medical resources related to the people's livelihood.At the same time,the rapid changes in the demographic structure,the aging of the population,changes in the spectrum of diseases and other factors have caused the social and people's meaning for health needs and the value of medical and health services to undergo major changes.As an important part of China's medical system,the hospital has played a huge role in safeguarding people's livelihood and promoting social stability.In order to alleviate the pressure of urbanization,public hospital infrastructure projects have become an important part of ensuring the smooth development of medical,educational,scientific research and other activities.Among them,in public hospital infrastructure projects,the risk issue is not only related to the quality of the project itself,the construction period,but also the economic benefits of the hospital and the welfare of the society.Based on the above background,this paper takes a hospital in Beijing as an example to study the risk assessment of hospital infrastructure projects.Firstly,the article summarizes the status of theoretical research at home and abroad,and defines the project risk,project risk evaluation,the meaning and composition of hospital infrastructure project risk,and the meaning of hospital infrastructure project risk assessment,and determines the research scope of the article.According to the characteristics of hospital infrastructure project development,under the guidance of the principle of risk evaluation index selection of hospital infrastructure projects,this paper establishes a four aspects from the decision-making stage risk,design risk,construction stage risk and operation stage risk according to different development stages.The risk assessment index system of hospital infrastructure projects consisting of four first-level indicators and Seventeen second-level indicators is based on the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced as the evaluation model.Then,based on the infrastructure project of a hospital in Beijing,the risk evaluation index system and evaluation model of the hospital infrastructure project were tested.At last,the paper puts forward the countermeasures according to the risks of various stages of hospital infrastructure projects.
