The Difference Between Arterial Oxygen Partial Pressure And Ascites Oxygen Partial Pressure In Patients With Ascites

Objective Study arterial oxygen partial pressure and ascites oxygen partial pressure in patients with malignant ascites patients and benign ascites patients,to provide the experimental evidence for new diagnosis and treatment of clinical.Methods Arterial oxygen partial pressure and ascites oxygen partial pressure in patients with ascites, and arterial oxygen partial pressure in healthy control group was teted by fully automatic blood gas analyzer.Results1. Compared with the healthy control group,the level of arterial oxygen partial pressure in malignant ascites group and benign ascites are lower(P<0.05).The arterial oxygen partial pressure in benign ascites group is lower than arterial oxygen partial pressure in malignant ascites(P<0.05).2.Both malignant ascites patients and benign ascites patients were prone to hypoxemia. The incidence of hyoxemia in benign ascites group is 67.74%,most of the hyoxemia is moderate hypoxemia. The incidence of hyoxemia in malignant ascites group is 64.29%,most of the hyoxemia is middle hypoxemia.3.The the ascites oxygen partial pressure in patients with ascites with relative high value.Conclusion 1.Patients with ascites prone to hypoxemia. 2.The arterial oxygen partial pressure in patients with ascites have diagnostic value. 3.The ascites oxygen partial pressure in patients with ascites with relative high value.
