Clinical Analysis Of The Relationship Between Neonatal Hemolysis Disease With Sepsis And NEC

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between HDN with sepsis and NEC, by the clinical retrospective analysis of sepsis and NEC neonate in our hospital in 2013。MethodRecord the characteristics、with HDN or not、risk factors、RBC、HB、 TSB、SDB、clinical outcome of 359sepsis neonates and 245NEC neonates.comparing the disease constituent ratio.Result1)The disease constituent ratio of sepsis and NEC is 3.82%and3.34% in HDN,comparing 4.54%and3.10% in hospitalized neonates in the same time,having no statistically significant,(P=0.180and0.588).2)The general characteristics and risk factors have on statistically significant between HDN group and no HDN group,(P>0.05).But birth weight and gestational age is higher in sepsis merging HDN neonates,and there are more IVIG (21.43%vs.0.99%)、exchange transfusion (7.14%vs.0.49%)、phototherapy (45.24%vs.22.66%) in the HDN group,(P<0.05).3)The hospital infection of sepsis is higher in HDN group(9.09%vs.6.14%),but having no statistically significant(P=0.718). Average hospital stay、and clinical improvement rate has no statistically significant between the two groups,(P>0.05).4)Both sepsis and NEC,RBC value、HB、TSB value is lower in HDN group than it’s in no HDN group,(P<0.05).ConclusionAlthough the hemolytic disease of neonates with more negative factors that is anemia and hyperbilirubinemia affecting immune function,and more IVIG、exchange transfusion that is relational with NEC,but the incident rate of sepsis and NEC didn’t rise.So the conventional antibiotic therapy and routine blood culture isn’t recommended.
