ObjectiveTo analyze and compare the HBV features among patients with autoimmune disease.MethodHBV serological markers and demogaraphic data in 370 systemic autoimmune diseases cases were retrospectively analyzed, including systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. The rate data was dealt with Chi-square test.ResultsThe differences of HBcAb rate and "All negative" rate between systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis were statistically significant(P<0.05).While The difference of HBsAg rate, HBsAb rate and HBeAb rate were not(P>0.05).ConclusionIn systemic lupus erythematosus HBsAg rate and HBcAb rate were lower than rheumatoid arthritis, It may suggest that the ability of clearing HBV in systemic lupus erythematosus was stronger than rheumatoid arthritis. |
