Objective: 1.To understand the incidence rate of hand,foot and mouth disease in Jianghan District,Wuhan between 2012 and 2015.2.To analyze the time,area,population three intervals distribution and pathogenic characteristics of HFMD.3.To analyze epidemic clustering of HFMD.4.To provide scientific evidences for HFMD prevention and control.Methods:The cases data about HFMD of national disease surveillance report management information system reports between 2012-2015 in Jianghan District was collected,the demographic information from the “Basic information” system was collected,the annual incidence of HFMD calculated by using annual average resident population.the swabs,rectal swab test results were collected from Wuhan CDC laboratory to analyze the pathogenic characteristics.Collect supervision record,quarterly,weekly reports and other information from 2012--2015 Jianghan District about school clusters of disease,to analyze the onset characteristics of the school aggregation epidemiology.Descriptive epidemiological methods was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.From 2012-2015,3360 HFMD cases were reported,including 4 sever cases,no death happened.The anaul incidence of HFMD were 118.42 per 100000?125.50 per 100000?122.00 per 100000 and 112.33 per 100000.2.Caeses reported every month,The epidemic peak was from April to June.The proportion of HFMD cases from April to June was 63.42%,had a peak incidence in spring and summer.3.Caeses reported every street,Wherein a higher incidence streets were Han Xing,Tang Jiadun,Changqing.4.Male to female ratio was 1.66: 1.Minimum age of the HFMD case was 1 month,the maximum was 37 years old,age group of the cases mainly concentrated in the 0-5 year-old children,accounting for 93.96% of total cases(3157/3360);the incidence of male and female groups from 0-5 years of age group and 6-9 years had a significant statistical differences:(X2 = 87.485,P <0.005)and(X2 = 9.649,P <0.005);and the ratio of men and women incidence form the 10 years and older age group was 1.20: 1(0.18 / million,or 0.15 / million),and no significant difference(P = 0.482).5.235 samples with RT-PCR results,EV71 positive for 43 cases,accounting for 18.30%;Cox A16 positive for 51 cases,accounting for 21.70%;other enterovirus-positive 74 cases,accounting for 31.49%;laboratory testing negative 67 cases,accounting for 28.51%.Three types of virus distribution as a whole had no significant difference,the other enteroviruses took a higher proportion.6.99 HFMD outbreak events happened from 2012-2015,Location occurred maily in nurseries,accounting for 93.94%.Conclusions:1.HFMD epidemic overall situation is not optimistic.,in Jianghan District from 2012-2015 2.Alternation between Spring and autumn,Spring and Winter had higher incidence,nurseries was the key sites where happed HFMD,scattered and kindergarten children were high risk-groups who were easily infected with HFMD virvs.3.The constituent ratio of etiology was unstable,suggest to strengthen monitoring and early warning in order to prevent outbreaks.4.The aggregation of the epidemic is still high,to strengthen of jointed prevention and control between CDC and schools in key areas.
