Reviews About The Researches Of Neuropsychiatric Systemic Lupus In Early Stage

SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease. The early and late stage of the disease may have the central nervous system damage which is so called NPSLE(neuropsychiatric systemic lupus-NPSLE). NPSLE can happens in the acute stage or in the late stage which is one of the severe manifestations of SLE, it is hard to diagnosis and once the diagnosis is made, it often indicates the poor prognosis. So early detections of NPSLE and actively therapies have important significance for NPSLE and the entire progress of SLE. Now the researches about lupus NSPEL are more extensive and in-depth, but how to detect the severe disease in the early stage is of great importance. A large number of studies have shown that early NPSLE did exist some corresponding changes in various aspects. This paper is going to analyze the early changes in several aspects of clinical, serology, cerebrospinal fluid, the imaging, what will provide us advantages to the early diagnosis of NPSLE and to guide our clinical work.
