The Clinical Observation Of Cervicitis Prescription On Treatment Of Damp Heat Type Of Cervical Erosion And The Esearch Of Its Effects On IL-6,TNF-α And Hs-CRP

Objective: Observation of cervicitis decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of damp heat type the clinical curative effect of patients with cervical erosion.The aim is to explore the clinical efficacy and its effect on the levels of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with cervical erosion.In order to explore the possible mechanism of cervicitis combined with Baofukang suppository treatment of cervical erosion and to provide clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of cervical erosion with Chinese Medicine.Method:At the end of the clinic collected 80 cases of cervical erosion patients who met the research conditions were collected.The 80 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group has 40 cases, who oral the cervicitis prescription and external use the Baofukang suppository after menstruation clean 3 days;the control group of 40 cases only to be treatment of Baofukang suppository.The course of the two groups were 2 menstrual cycles.Obsrevation the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, signs in before and aftre treatment,and the changes of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF- in the patients with cervical erosion.Result:1.The clinical curative effect comparison of the two groups after treatment:After the treatment of two menstrual cycles,the comprehensive curative effectf of two groups :The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5% and the control group was 82.5%.The comprehensive effect of the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05), and the comprehensive effect of the experimental group was better than the control group.After the treatment of two menstrual cycles the Comparison of curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%, and the control group was 85%.The two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect is very significant difference(P<0.01). The comparison of the efficacy of the two groups of patients with the main TCM treatment:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%, and the control group was 95%.The two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).The Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups of patients with main TCM color after treatment is the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%, and the control group was 85%.The two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).2.The two groups of TCM syndrome integral comparison before and after treatment:After the treatment of two menstrual cycles, The TCM syndrome score than before treatment have been decreased between the experimental group and the control group. There was very significant difference in the scores of the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.01).The compared with the control group before and after treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in the scores of the two groups(P<0.05).Before and after treatment in the experimental group and control group the syndrome scores were significantly decreased. But the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the decline of TCM syndrome score.3.The two groups of patients before and after treatment of serum IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF-α levels of the comparison:After the treatment of three menstrual cycles,the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF- were decreased in the two groups compared with before treatment.It means there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment.There was a significant difference in serum hs-CRP and TNF-α level between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but the levels of IL-6 were significantly different(P<0.01).The results showed that after treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum were decreased, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The cervicitis decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of damp heat type of cervical erosion has good curative effect.This method can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of damp heat syndrome in patients with cervical erosion and it can reduce the cervical erosion patients with serum IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF- alpha inflammatory factor level.The research shows that cervicitis decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of damp heat type of cervical erosion is a kind of effective method.It may be to play the clinical efficacy through anti-inflammatory, disease resistant microorganisms and their regulation of immune function.
