Ice Yujie Suppository In The Treatment Of Chronic Cervicitis, Cervical Erosion (hot And Humid Place Card) Clinical Studies

ObjectiveThrough random, blind, contrasting clinic research of ice yujie suppository,preliminary evaluating the clinical effect and safety of ice yujie suppository treatingchronic cervicitis and cervical erosion(damp invasion of lower energizer).Methods1 The patients accorded with the diagnostic standard of cervical erosion of westernmedicine, and according to differentiation of syndromes in TCM it belonged to thetype of damp invasion of lower energizer, 60 cases were divided into treatment andcontrol groups at random, the treatment group had 30 cases and control group had 30.For a consecutive 14-day drug treatment. Efficacy evaliating after treatment, therewere no significant differences in demographic characteristics, course and thedistribution of illness between the two groups. There was no statistically significantdifference between vital signs of the two groups before treatment.2 Given ice yujie suppository and matrine suppository respectively, two groups beganto use it just three days after the menstrual cleaning. Suppository sophisticatedinwards, was pushed into the vaginal depths gently. 1 Suppository daily, 14 days acourse.3 To observe the size of cervical erosion surface, the degree of inflammation, TCMsyndrome penthemeron, colp-clearing grade before and after the treatment, scoringrecords and following up.4 Observe laboratory indicators of the patients before and after treatement: bloodroutine, urinary routine, stool routine, liver function(ALT), renal function(BUN,Cr), ECG, conventional leucorrhea. TCT before treatment.5 The measuement data were analysed by t test, the enumeration data were analysedby chi-square test and the ranked data were tested by ridit analysis.Results1 There was no significant difference between these two groups on the comprehensiveefficacy(P＞0.05), The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, While the control group was 83.33%.2 There was no significant difference between the two groups on the area of cervicalerosion and the TCM syndrome penthemeron efficacy.3 Both could significantly depress the integral about the size of cervical erosionsurface, the degree of inflammation, colp-clearing grade and the TCM syndromepenthemeron after the treatment(P＜0.05). It stated that the two groups had significanteffect on the symptoms. There was no significant difference between the two groupsafter treatment(P＞0.05).4 Adverse reactions and side effects: no obvious adverse reactions and side effects inboth groups during clinical study. All laboratory tests (Three conventional, liver andrenal function, ECG)before and after the treatment had no treatment-relatedabnormalities.ConclusionIce yujie suppository could effectivly treat chronic cervicitis and cervicalerosion(damp invasion of lower energizer), obviously improve erosion area,inflammation and the correlate symptoms, has no side effects and shall be widelyapplied.
