The Differentiation Comparative Research Of Mitomycin And Frog Embryos Induced The Tumor Cells Cells Apoptosis

Tumors derive from the abnormal differentiation of stem cells.From the perspective of development,early embryonic development process of cell apoptosis and differentiation are closely linked.In the process of embryonic development,the apoptosis and differentiation of the cells can be induced.Therefore,it is a new research direction to screen the effective induction factor of inducing apoptosis and differentiation of tumor cells.The preliminary work in our laboratory proved that the embryo extract of the animals had a general character in inducing apoptosis of tumor cells.This paper further verifies the embryonic proteins to induce the apoptosis of tumor cells and comparing it with chemical reagents of mitomycin on the induction of apoptosis in tumor cells;validating animal embryo protein on tumor cells has obvious apoptosis,while animal and body protein to tumor cells had no obvious apoptosis;validating animal embryo protein in normal cells has specific protective effect.However,animals into body protein do not have this specific protective effect.Mitomycin(MMC),frog embryo proteins extracted from into the frog skeletal and muscle protein extraction are used as an inducer.The author set different concentration gradient of inducer,different tumor cells(SW480,MCF-7 and HeLa)and normal C2C12 cells and 293 cells,293 T cells)cells were cultured and repeated experimentally induced.The apoptosis rate of tumor cells was detected by optical microscope and flow cytometry.The author wants to inquiry of frog embryos to extract protein and frog skeletal muscle protein extracts,mixed with mitomycin induced apoptosis of tumor cells and normal cells,and to see whether it occurs in synergistic effects and specificity of the protective effect.For the embryo protein made necessary preparations for the clinical treatment of tumor.Once successfully developed into medical will bring the Gospel to the world,hope to patients.
