| Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD) is one of the most complex abdominal surgeries, with high surgical risks. Resection of the specimen and digestive tract reconstruction exist different methods, have not been unified. The development of laparoscopic technology is promoting the development of LPD, and making the LPD has wide development prospects. Laparoscopy has its unique advantages and shortcomings, LPD should make full use of the advantages and consider the shortcomings to make the operation better. Based on literature materials, the authors address the current status and progress of LPD. |
