The Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of The Individualized Rehabilitation Program Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In Ischemic Stroke Patients With Dyskinesia

Objective: All the patients were chose from Rehabilitation department of our hospital According to the standard of stroke diagnosis and treatment norms,patients receive comprehensive treatment that include conventional drugs and rehabilitation exercises.At the same time,we cooperated with the music Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),acupuncture and other individualized rehabilitation program in the observation.Observe the effect of the individualized rehabilitation program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in ischemic stroke patients with dyskinesia.To appraise the security and treatment effects of the individualized rehabilitation program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: 60 patients were chosen from 2014 September to 2015 September in the Rehabilitation department of Xing Tai People's hospital.The patients were divided into two groups by random selection.The two groups are treatment group and control group.Two group patients were given comprehensive treatment.The treatment group adopted individualized rehabilitation program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the control group adopted the rehabilitation program of Western medicine only.The rehabilitation program of Western medicine use the basic Mobilization treatment.The program of traditional Chinese include music therapy,accord to the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine patients were given different types of music therapy(2h/day).And the oral administration of Chinese drugs(1 dose of 100 ml,2/day),acupuncture: Jianyu,Jianing,Quchi,Futu,Hegu and other acupuncture points.We let the patients keep the supine position,acupuncturing 30 minutes.Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation: Duhuo15 g,Sangjisheng15g,Qianghuo15 g,Qinjiao15g,Bohe10 g,Zanghonghua10g,Tanxiang15 g,Wuweizi10g,Xixin6 g.The above drugs used to fumigate the limb,and then scrub its when the temperature drop to 45?(25minutes every time,2/day).Two groups of training time for Monday to Friday,and kept a month long.Patients were given the first rehabilitation evaluation when they admitted to hospital,the second after a month.During the period of rehabilitation training,reduced the interference by observing their training attitude and living habits.Observe the curative effect of the individualized rehabilitation program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in ischemic stroke patients with dyskinesia,according to the analysis before and after treatment,and the change of NIHSS,FMA and BI.Results:1 After a prescribed treatment,Compared with the control group,the mean change of treatment group in FMA score was significantlythan the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.01).The ability and motor function of patients were improved significantly;2 After a prescribed treatment,Compared with the control group,the mean change of treatment group in BI score was significantly than the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.01).The motor function of patients were improved to some extent;3 Compared with the control group,the mean change of treatment group in NHISS score was more significantly than the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no serious adverse reaction in the treatment process,so it is a remedial way which is relatively safe.Conclusions:1 On the basis of comprehensive treatment,individualized rehabilitation program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine could effectively improve the recovery efficiency,the initiative of training,and the possibility of rehabilitation.2 Compared with the control group,the recovery efficiency of program that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine more effectively.It could shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the level of treatment.3 It was a safety way no evident adverse reactions and lasting harm.The way also provides a new means that suitable almost patients which need rehabilitation,as the same time,it could help the patients return the society.It has good prospects for development,also accord with our national condition.4 In combination with traditional Chinese and Western medicine are effective for improving the rehabilitation,playing their respective advantages and reducing the loss.The program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine could promote technology of rehabilitation progress,and then popularize TCM to the word.It not only makes the recovery level of our country improve,promote the social harmony.
