The Trial Of Sheng Ban Decoction With Acupuncture-moxibustion In The Bone Marrow Depression After The Chemotherapy

Objective: To alleviate the clinical symptoms,observe the the clini cal efficacy and safety of Sheng Ban Decoction therapy with acupunctur e-moxibustion therapy on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,Offers a new experience for Chinese medicine treatment of bone marro w suppression after chemotherapy.Methods: Observation group receive Sheng Ban Decoction therapy with acupuncture-moxibustion therapy.control group receive Western med icine standard treatment The primary effect observation indexes are bloo d analysis,Karnofsky performance status(KPS),weight changeand sy mptom improvement,Immunohistochemistry,safety index are hepatic,renal function,ect.Results: 1.No statistical significance for the basic conditions of the2 groups(P>0.05);2.One week after the chem,No statistical significance for the WBC、HGB 、PLT level of the 2 groups(P>0.05).3.Two weeks after the chemotherapy Observation group’ s PLT level compared with the control group increased significantly(P<0.05);Observation group’ s WBC、HGB level compared with the control group increased,but ther e was statistics difference(P>0.05);4.there weeks after the chemotherapy Observation group’ s PLT level compared with the control group increas ed significantly(P<0.05);Observation group’ s WBC、HGB level compar ed with the control group increased,but there was no statistics differe nce(P>0.05);5.Comparison of changes in weight and KPS score of two groups before and after treatment,there was no statistics difference(P>0.05);6.Observation group can improve the general physical condition,there was statistics difference(P<0.05);7.For patients with the bone marrow depression after the Chem,Sheng Ban Decoction with acupuncture-moxib ustion has good effect in improve the main clinical symptoms。Conclusion(s): ShengBan Decoction with acupuncture-moxibustion c an reduce bone marrow depression,alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
