The Clinical Therapeutic Observation On Depression And Anxiety Treated By Fluvoxamine Maleate Combined With Slef-developed Shenzaoyangxinningshen Decoction

Objective: To observe the effect of Fluvoxamine Maleate combined with Slef-developed Shenzaoyangxinningshen Decoction on Depressive and Anxious state.Research and expound the therapeutic effect and explore mew ideas to treat Deprssion and Anxiety wih a new way wich provided Integrated Chinese-western therapy of treating this disease.Methods:1 40 patients of Depressive and Anxious state by medical order were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients in research group were treated by Fluvoxamine Maleate combined with Slef-developed Shenzaoyangxinningshen Decoction.20 cases in research group were treated byFluvoxamine Maleate.2 HAMD and HAMA scores were carried on in two groups before treatment and after four and eight weeks.The changes of HAMD and HAMA scores,reduced rate and TESS score before and after treatment were observed for evaluating clinical effect.Observed and recorded adverse reaction.3 Patient's blood?urine?liver and kidny function and ECG were checked before and after treatment.During the study.Results:1 HAMD and HAMA scores after four and eight weeks of treatment were reduced in comparison with those before treatment in two group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group of western medicine,the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)team which scores decreased significantly(P<0.05),the anxiety and depression scale score of the treatment team decreased more significantly,the score difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2 The total effective rate in research group(95%)about treating depression was higher than that in control group(70%)after eight weeks treatment,and the total effective rate of the team for the treatment of anxiety state was 90%,the control group was 60%,and the difference of effective rate in two group was meaningful(P<0.05).There was significant difference between two group on TESS score after eight week of treatment(P<0.05)and the TESS score of research group was less than that in control group.The Check of the blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function before and after the treatment are not seen obvious abnormity.Conclusion: Fluvoxamine Maleate combined with Slef-developed Shenzaoyangxinningshen Decoction is more effective on Depressive and Anxious state than single Fluvoxamine Maleate group.This treatment can remarkably improve the quality of life and symptoms of patient with Depression and Anxiety,and has fewer side effect and good clinical efficacy.
