Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D) By Supplementing Yiqi Solid Intestinal Decoction And Its Effect On The Ultrastructure Changes Of Colon Mucosa Under Electron Microscope

Objective: To observe systematically the Yiqi solid intestinal decoction in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)the clinical curative effect,and compared with pinaverium bromide;to observe the changes of intestinal mucosal ultrastructure under electron microscope,to explore the possible mechanism of action.To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yiqi decoction in the treatment of solid scientific proof of intestinal IBS-D in order to establish a more ideal and effective treatment plan.Methods: Choose the inclusion criteria of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients with a total of 120 cases by using the randomized controlled methods,and divided into the treatment group(Yiqi Guchang group)and control group(pinaverium bromide group),60 cases in each group,the treatment group and control group were randomly assigned to1:1,there was no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age and gender,duration,and severity of the disease.Before the treatment,after 15 days,30 days,45 days,60 days,respectively,two groups were recorded IBS-SSS score,statistical description of the general information,through the comprehensive evaluation of clinical curative effect integral change of Qi solid decoction on IBS-D intestinal.Before treatment,after 30 days,60 days,respectively,the rectum were taken from two patients with DIBS from the anal margin of 8CM rectal mucosa,to observe the changes of intestinal goblet cells,plasma cell ultrastructure under the transmission electron microscope.Result:1 Intestinal irritable bowel syndrome symptoms severity table(IBS symptom severity scale(IBS-SSS),after the treatment,there was a significant decrease of Chinese medicine treatment group in the total score than that before the treatment(P<0.01),and significantly better than western medicine control group(P<0.01).2 Compared with western medicine control group,the changes of the ultrastructure of goblet cells and plasma cells in the intestinal mucosa were significantly improved in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with the western medicine group;3 Adverse reactions: no adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Yiqi solid intestinal decoction in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome has clinical curative effect;it can definitely alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.Its mechanism may be associated with Yiqi solid intestinal decoction,which can change of intestinal mucosa goblet cells,plasma cells ultrastructure node.
