Objective: Through the detection of the fetal pulmonary vein with the real-time three-dimensional echocardiography spatio-temporal image correlation(STIC)combined the HD-Flow? model,we compared the advantages and disadvantages of two check methods STIC combined the HD-Flow? model and the traditional two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound(CDFI)in detection of fetal pulmonary vein.Explore the application value of STIC technology combined HD-Flow? model in fetal pulmonary vein,and provide the more sensitive detection method of diagnosis of congenital pulmonary venous malformation.Methods:1 Two hundreds normal single pregnancies were selected(pregnancy 22-26 weeks)and randomly divided into two groups.Group 1: Their fetal pulmonary vein are detected by the doctors with more than 10 years experience doctor of fetal echocardiography.The doctors use two methods(two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and STIC joint HD-Flow? model);Group 2: Their fetal pulmonary vein are detected by the doctors with less than 5 years experience doctor of fetal echocardiography.The doctors use the same detection method,the fetal pulmonary vein was observed by twodimensional color Doppler ultrasound and the pulmonary vein display rate was recorded,the color real-time 3D data of cardiac was collected,We analyse the real-time three-dimensional data by free rotation method and ultrasonic tomographic image,observe fetal pulmonary veins,record the display rate of pulmonary vein;The pros and cons of checking fetal pulmonary vein with STIC combined HD-Flow? model and two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound,we attempt to summarize experiences of checking fetal pulmonary venous with STIC combined HD-Flow? model,investigate clinical usefulness of STIC combined HD-Flow? model checking fetal pulmonary vein.Explore the application value of STIC technology combined HD-Flow? model in fetal pulmonary vein.Results: The results from the doctors with more than 10 years experience of fetal echocardiography: examine fetal pulmonary vein with twodimensional color Doppler ultrasound,positive in 100% on the left upper pulmonary vein,positive in 76% on left inferior pulmonary vein,positive in 100% on right upper pulmonary vein,positive in 6% on right inferior pulmonary vein,the average check time is 5-10 minutes;STIC technology combined with HD-Flow? mode ultrasound examination fetal pulmonary vein,showing rate of positive in 100% on the left upper pulmonary vein,positive in 85% on left inferior pulmonary vein,positive in 100% on right upper pulmonary vein,positive in 36% on right inferior pulmonary vein,the average check time is 1-2 minutes.The results from less than 5 years of fetal echocardiography: examine fetal pulmonary veins with two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound,positive in 100% on the left upper pulmonary vein,positive in 38% on left inferior pulmonary vein,positive in 100% on right upper pulmonary vein,positive in 1% on right inferior pulmonary vein,the average check time is 5-10 minutes.STIC technology joint HD-Flow? patterns to check fetal pulmonary veins,positive in 100% on the left upper pulmonary vein,positive in 81% on left inferior pulmonary vein,positive in 100% on right upper pulmonary vein,positive in 32% on right inferior pulmonary vein,the average check time is 1-2 minutes.Conclusions:1 STIC technique combined with HD-Flow? model can be used as the first choice for fetal pulmonary veins.The positive rate of checking fetal pulmonary with STIC technology joint HD-Flow? patterns is higher than the traditional two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound,is a shorter operative time,is simple and convenient,is low dependence of technical level of the operator.Examination of fetal pulmonary vein with STIC technology combined with HD-Flow? is important clinical usefulness,it is worth further clinical application.
