| Objective: To investigate the correlation between Apelin-13 and Superoxide dismutase(SOD)in different types of Coronary heart disease(CHD),and the regularity of concentration changes of Apelin-13 and SOD in different Coronary artery disease severity. In addition,to determine the relations between endothelial cell injury and Apelin-13 and SOD,and the two molecular markers in the prognosis of coronary heart disease pathogenesis and clinical diagnostic value is our purpose. Methods: Selected 86 patients continuous which cardiovascular internal medicine hospitalized in our hospital from May 2015 to February 2016.All patients need to be examined by coronary angiography, and grouping statistics based on results.According to the results of coronary angiography,We put the patient to separate three groups, the control group(n=21),chronic coronary artery disease(CAD)group(n=28),acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group(n=37).According to the Gensini’s score for patients with grade, the patients was divided into four groups based on grouping quarterback method.According to patients with coronary artery lesion counts divided into single lesion group, double branch lesion group, group multivessel lesions. All patients should testing serum concentrations of SOD and Apelin-13,and according to the results of coronary angiography examination, then decided which group to belong.Results:1.Patients with ACS group and CAD group the concentration of serum SOD and Apelin-13 significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(94.29±20.17 m U/L,17.78±7.24ng/L;119.90±18.23 m U/L,26.35±6.49ng/Lvs139.95±11.96 m U/L,39.98±7.44ng/L,P<0.05).2.By comparison, the CHD group and the control group of serum SOD and Apelin-13 concentrations decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(101.70±22.737 m U/L,20.87±8.03ng/Lvs139.95±11.96 m U/L,39.98±7.44ng/L,P<0.05).3.According to the results of Gensini’s score, adopted the grouping of quarterback method, combination of patient data and analysis,we found that patients with the severity of coronary artery disease increased,Gensini’s score increased, the concentration of SOD and Apelin-13 decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.On the basis of lesions were divided into control group and single vessel disease group, double vessel group and multi vessel group. Then compare the serum SOD and Apelin-13 concentration in each group. We found that the mean SOD and Apelin-13 were also decreased, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted on the three groups of data(the concentration of SOD and Apelin-13 and Gensini’s score). The Gensini’s score was negatively correlated with SOD and Apelin(R=-0.836,P<0.01;R=-0.809,P<0.01,n=65).In patients with coronary heart disease Apelin-13 and SOD are positive correlation(R=0.872,P<0.01,n=65).Conclusion:1.SOD and Apelin-13 were negatively correlated with CHD,with disease progression and their concentration in blood decreased.2.The concentration of SOD and Apelin-13 was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease and Gensini’s score.3.In patients with different types of CHD,there is a positive correlation between the concentration of Apelin-13 and SOD.4.Apelin-13 may be used to predict the severity of coronary artery disease index. |
