| Objective:To explore the value of neutrophi CD64 combine with procalcitonin(PCT)used in the early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 58 neonates who were treated in neonatal intensive care unit of Yi Ji Shan Hospital of Wannan Medical college between January2015 and December 2015,for whom CD64 and PCT values had been obtained.Neonates were categorized into 3 groups according to discharge diagnosis:control groups(n=21),general infection groups(n=22),sepsis(n= 15,include clinical sepsis n=13 and ensure sepsis n=2).All of the neonates of the three groups on the gestational age, birth weight(BW),sex and age were no significant statistical significance(p>0.05).neutrophil CD64、PCT、CRP、comlete blood counts and blood culture were tested at the time of enrolled hospital.Neutrophil CD64 was analyzed by flow cytometrn,PCT was deteminated by chemiluminescence. Results:The mean CD64 and PCT concentrations were respectively2.9736±0.5618and22.537±7.562ng/ml in the sepsis group.2.8983±0.5251 and 2.329±0.799ng/ml in the general infection group, and 2.2868±0.5475 、 0.385±0.109ng/ml in the control group.CD64、PCT in the sepsis group is higher obviously than general group.Which have statistical significance(p<0.05).And according to the indicators data between infection and sepsis group draws related ROC curve,CD64,PCT and CRP in the area under the curve were respectively 0.808、0.875、0.764.The sensitivity of CD64、PCT and CRP in early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection respectively were 78.37%、72.97% and 51.35%.And conbined CD64 with PCT,its sensitivity can be increased to97.29%.Conclusions: According to the results of statistical analysis and related ROC curve,PCT,CD64 and CRP for the early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection is extremely meaningful Comparing with CRP,PCT and CD64 in the diagnosis of early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection are higher sensitivity. It will improve the sensitivity of diagnosis bacteria infection if join detect. |
