| Objectives: To make a research on TAMs polarization and ANGPTL4 expression in malignant pleural effusion.Mthods: With informed consent,the writer collected 40 patients with lung cancer pleural effusion without treatment and 20 patients with tuberculosis pleural effusion during Jau,2014 and Oct,2015 in respiration medicine,Yijishan hospital,Wannan Medical College.After centrifugation,they were made into cells,then used Immuno-histochemistry to detect CD163 index and ANGPTL4 expression.Meanwhile,this eaasy will analyze the index differences between these two groups of patients.Then SPSS20.0 software will do the statistics analysis.Two samples tank t tests are used to compare the experiment dates between the two groups while linear correlation tests are used to analyze the correlativity between M2+ cells and ANGPTL4 concentration in pleural effusion.Results:1.The number of CD163+cells in malignant pleural effusion is significantly larger than that in tuberculosis pleural effusion.2.The surface of various cells,such as macrophage cells,mesothelial cells and tumor cells and cytoplasm expression appear as brown to clayband granulate.Some macrophage cells in tuberculosis expressing ANGPTL4.3.The ANGPTL4 concentration in malignant pleural effusion is 59.605±42.716ng/ml and that in tuberculosis is 30.681±18.280ng/ml.The differences make sense in statistics.4.M2+ macrophge cells are positive correlation of ANGPTL4 concentration.Conclusions:1.A lage number of CD163+ macrophage cells expression and TAMs polarization types in malignant pleural effusion is mainly M2.There is only a little CD163+macrophage cells expression in tuberculosis pleural effusion.2.There is ANGPTL4 expression in malignant pleural effusion and tuberculosis pleural effusion.Its concentration in malignant pleural effusion is higher than that in tuberculosis pleural effusion.3.The ANGPTL4 expression increase of malignant pleural effusion in micro-environment may participate in the type adjustment of TAMs polarization in MPEs.And the increase of ANGPTL4 expression may promote the conversion from TAMs to M2.In short,there is a big difference of CD163+ macrophage cells between malignant pleural effusion and tuberculosis pleural effusion..It affects the immune function and prognosis.The ANGPTL4 may participate in the adjustment of CD163 macrophage cells expression. |
