Nicotinamide- N methyltransferase(Nicotinamide N- methyltransferase, NNMT) in mainly expressed in the liver and adipose tissue, and the existing research shows that NNMT was significantly related with obesity and energy metabolism of the body, but the different movement modes for NNMT effect how, expressed in the liver and adipose tissue in the currently have no related research reports. Research purposes: this experiment is mainly based on the different movement patterns of weight training in rats, to observe different movement patterns of NNMT expressed in rat liver and adipose tissue, and analysis of the effect reducing weight of different movement patterns is related to the expression of NNMT. Research methods: SD rats 30(6 weeks) were randomly divided into three groups: aerobics group(Below lactate threshold group, group B), the anaerobic exercise group(Supra lactate threshold group, S group), resting in the Control group(the Control group, group C), 10 in each group. Aerobic group(group B) training: the continuous training method, 40 min/d, 5 d/w, 15 m/min. Of anaerobic(group S) training: the intermittent training method, according to the running 5 min rest 4 min patterns of movement. Sports training time for six weeks, measure every day to eat and drink; Measuring weight every week; Initial and terminal measurement length of rats and calculate the rat lee index; The last two days training week 6 measuring blood lactic acid level in rats after exercise; After 3, sampling by fluorescence quantitative PCR method to detect NNMT gene in rat renal week(fat, brain, heart, liver, kidney) expression in organization; At the same time and using Western Blot analysis of protein expression in each group. Results:(1) 6 weeks after the training, the two sports group rats weight and Lee, s index compared with the control group there were obviously decreased(P < 0.05), but no significant difference between two group(P > 0.05);(2) two sports group of food intake compared with control group there were obviously decreased(P < 0.05) less than the control group, but no significant difference between two group(P > 0.05);(3) immediately after exercise, the group S blood lactic acid level compared with group B and group C appeared significantly increased(P < 0.01), while no obvious difference between group B and group C.(4) exercise group of NNMT expression in liver were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.01), and S group was higher than group B;(5) adipose tissue NNMT expression in exercise group was obviously higher than that of control group(P < 0.01), and S group was higher than that of group B. Conclusion:(1) aerobic continuous movement mode and anaerobic intermittent movement mode has obvious effect reducing weight, besides can increase the body’s energy consumption, inhibitory effect of exercise on the food intake, and also is one important reason of weight loss results.(2) in the total amount of exercise and exercise time to maintain consistent case, from the point of the effect of weight loss, aerobic continuous movement mode and anaerobic intermittent movement mode difference is not obvious.(3) movement of NNMT expression in the liver has obvious inhibitory effect, and inhibition of aerobic continuous movement effect is more obvious; But the NNMT expression in adipose tissue has obvious stimulation, and anaerobic the stimulating effect of the intermittent movement more obvious.(4) due to continuing movement patterns and anaerobic and aerobic intermittent movement mode there is no significant difference between the effect reducing weight, NNMT expressed in the movement for the liver and adipose tissue at the same time there is an obvious opposite results, the influence of so the effect of exercise for weight loss is associated with NNMT expression, need further study.
