Objective:using near infrared spectroscopy rapid method to test Ganodenna herbs.Methods:Ganodermalucidum were established correlation coefficient and consistency test model,with a view to varieties of herbs Ganoderma,the authenticity of rapid,nondestructive identification;using near infrared spectroscopy and partial least squares method such as a combination of water and the establishment of Ganodermalucidum polysaccharide content of quantitative models for rapid determination of Ganodenna content.Results:Ganoderma qualitative identification of the correlation coefficient and the consistency test model can accurately determine Ganodenna species,origin,established a correlation coefficient of water and Ganodermalucidum polysaccharides quantitative calibration model the calibration set were 95.35%,96.37%,the correction RMSECV sets were 0.189,0.356;The small deviation of the predicted values and the measured values,which can accurately determine the content of the moisture of ganodermalucidum and ganodermalucidum poly saccharide.Conclusion:The use of near-infrared spectra of different varieties,from different areas of qualitative Ganoderma,Ganodermalucidum polysaccharides moisture and quantitative method is rapid,simple,accurate prediction,it can be a rapid test method Ganodermalucidum.
