Objective:It was found that microRNA expression, such as miR-155,are closely inflame-mation-response-related. They were found have abnormal expression in a variety of inflammatory and autoimmune disease, and were involved in the occurrence and development of them. This study is to explore the levels of miR-155 of patients with HT in the serum, and to analyze the relationship between the levels of mi R-155 and the clinical indicators such as sTSH?TPOAb?TgAb.Methods:1. The HT patients were diagnosed at the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university from March 2015 to February 2016.And the healthy people were selected from the same period as the control group. 2. Extraction the serum miRNAs,and reverse transcription. Then by RT-PCR measured the level of mi R-155 in exprimental group and control group in serum. 3. Statistical analysis of miR-155 expression level of two groups.Explore the correlation with clinical indicators sTSH?TPOAb?TgAb.Results:1.The value of 2-??C? of miR-155 in experimental group serum was(3.708±0.453), in control group was(1.023±0.227). mi R-155 in the serum of HT group expression level is higher than normal group. 2. The levels of serum miR-155 in HT patients' s is no obvious relationship with the patients' age,FT3,FT4,s TSH, TgAb.But maybe associated with patient's serum TPOAb level. Conclusion:The serum levels of miR-155 was significantly increased in HT patients, and maybe have associated with TPOAb level.
