Compare The Antibody Level Of Euthyrox Combined With Selenious Yeast Tablets And Corbrin Capsule On Hashimoto's Thyroiditis And Hypothyroidism

Purpose:There are some clinical effects of Euthyrox combined with Selenious Yeast Tablets or Corbrin Capsule for Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism. But there is rarely research for Euthyrox combined with Selenious Yeast Tablets and Corbrin Capsule for Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism. So to explore the therapeutic effects of Euthyrox combined with Selenious Yeast Tablets and Corbrin Capsule on serum selenium and serum antibody(Aniti-Tg,Aniti-TPO)levels of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism.Methods:120 patients diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and then the experimental group separated in three groups at random, 30 cases for each group. Experimental group:(1)A1:Euthyrox combined with Selenious Yeast Tablets,(2)A2: Euthyrox combined with Corbrin Capsule,(3)A3:Euthyrox combined with Selenious Yeast Tablets and Corbrin Capsule;(B) control group: only Euthyrox. Patients in each group were assessed by serum free triiodothyronine(FT3), free thyroxine(FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH), Thyroid peroxidase Antibody(Aniti-TPO), Thyroglobulin Antibody(Aniti-TG) and serum selenium for the level to antibodies before and at the end of the compare?.Results:There were no significant difference in general condition, blood b-iochemistry, Thyroid function index and serum selenium between the four groups(P>0.05). There was a significant difference in FT3, FT4, TSH, Anti-TG, Anti-TPO, serum selenium in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05), there was most obvious improvement in those assessments in groupA3 compared with another groups(P<0.05). Anti-TG decreasing amplitude A3> A2> A1> B, Anti-TPO decreasing amplitude A3> A2> A1> B, the serum selenium of experimental group increased after treatment than before A3> A1> A2> B.Conclusions:Euthyrox combined with Selenious Yeast Tablets and Corbrin Capsule had more curative effects for antibodies compare to Euthyrox combined with Selenious Yeast Tablets or Euthyrox combined with Corbrin Capsule in patients with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism after three month treatment. And it could effectively improve the autoimmune responses.
