| Objective: Through experiment to explore what factors lead to epilepsy seizures itself empathy ability damage and empathy damaged model.Method:Selection in March 2015 to January 2016 in the first hospital affiliated to dalian medical university neurology adult epilepsy clinics,a total of 88 patients with symptomatic epilepsy and 100 healthy controls.The groups of patients and the control group have been nervous psychology background screening,Hamilton anxiety and depression scale(card),the Chinese interpersonal reaction pointer scale(IRI)C),the empathy ability(total score and four factors)to evaluate and compare,and analyze the epileptic seizure which factors have an effect on empathy ability itself.Before clear empathy scores are compared with those of the other no correlation between neuropsychological test result.Using SPSS18.0 software package for data for statistical analysis.Results: 1,epilepsy group IRI.C score of empathy scores,cognitive empathy and the two factors were significantly lower than the healthy control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05),and emotional empathy and two factors than the control group did not see obvious difference(P > 0.05).2,idiopathic epilepsy group and symptomatic epilepsy group and control group in views between the three groups see,imagination and cognitive empathy,feeling the mean of the total score is not all the same,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).And sympathize with care,personal pain,emotional empathy score difference between three groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).After two comparison between the three groups,epilepsy group two(primary,symptomatic)view see,imagination,cognitive empathy,and empathy total scores were significantly worse than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Symptomatic epilepsy is idiopathic epilepsy group compared with its views see,imagination and cognitive empathy,and empathy total scores were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3,no big group,GTCS(pure big attack)group,the SGS(part of the origin of the big attack)group and the control group between the four groups view see,imagination and cognitive empathy and empathy total score is not the same,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).And sympathize with care,personal pain,emotional empathy scores in there was no statistically significant difference between the four groups(P > 0.05).Line further comparison between two groups found no big attack,GTCS group,the three groups view see the SGS group,imagination and cognitive empathy,and empathy total scores were significantly lower than the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).No big attack,GTCS group,SGS group of three groups of empathy scores no difference,but there are differences between cognitive empathy.No big attack with GTCS group between cognitive empathy and two factors are no difference.Cognitive empathy between GTCS and SGS group no difference,but the view see the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).SGS group views see less big attack,GTCS group and control group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).SGS group cognitive empathy is no big group and the control group significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4,without the CPS(complex partial seizure)group,the CPS group and control group in views between the three groups see,imagination and cognitive empathy,feeling the mean of the total score is not all the same,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).And sympathize with care,personal pain,emotional empathy scores in there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P > 0.05).The views of the CPS group see,imagination,cognitive empathy,and empathy total scores were worse than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Without the CPS group views see,imagination,cognitive empathy,empathy total score worse than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5,in patients with partial seizure epilepsy in seizure frequency divided into low frequency group(1 / month or less),the high frequency group(> 1 time/month)and healthy controls.Application of analysis of variance test showed that among three groups view see,imagination and cognitive empathy,feeling the mean of the total score is not all the same,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).And sympathize with care,personal pain,emotional empathy score difference between three groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Line further comparison between two groups found some sex attacks in the views of low frequency and high frequency group see,imagination and cognitive empathy,and empathy total scores were significantly worse than the control group,the difference is difference between empathy total score(P > 0.05).6,according to the frequency in patients with comprehensive attack group is divided into low frequency(1/2 months or less),the high frequency group(> the course of long views see,imagination and cognitive empathy,empathy scores are poor in the short duration of the total score group and the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Short duration set point see,imagination,cognitive empathy,and empathy total scores worse than the control group,difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).8,the attack itself factors in epilepsy group and the total score,cognitive empathy and emotional empathy and Pearson correlation analysis showed that: the causes of seizures,big attack,presence of CPS,seizure frequency and duration and correlated with total score and cognitive empathy,and emotional empathy has no relevance.Further regression analysis showed that: the above factors into the empathy scores and the regression equation of the cognitive empathy,not into the emotional empathy regression equation.Conclusions: 1,epilepsy patients exist separability of empathy damage,injury of cognitive empathy and emotional empathy,support the two component model of empathy,namely,cognitive and emotional empathy can be separated two ingredients.2,seizures cause itself,the types of attack,attack frequency,duration,etc are the key factors affecting empathy ability.The CPS and symptomatic epilepsy,is what is GTCS attack,high frequency,long duration for all cause epilepsy patients decreased empathy ability factor. |
