Obiects:.To discuss the relationship between central systolic blood pressure and serum parathyroid hormone and vitamin D and neuroendocrine factors among young college students. Methods: We measured the blood pressure of volunteers from the university. We divided these participants into three groups according to the results of blood pressure measurement and Standard for classification of blood pressure levels formulated by JNC8 guide: normal BP group(NBP),BP high normal value group(NHBP),hypertension group(HTN).192 people 、 144 people and 190 people were selected randomly from each group in turn.Measured the height, weight and calculated body mass index(BMI)of esch group.Measured the central systolic blood pressure by Sphygmo Cor non-invasive pulse analyzer.Got morning fasting peripheral blood of these college students, and then tested serum parathyroid hormone(PTH),vitamin D(VD),renin,angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),aldosterone(ALD),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),glucose, creatinine, urea nitrogen,triglyceride,cholestenone,high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density li poprotein(LDL-C),erythrocyte,hemoglobin respectively. All data was analysised by SPSS19.0.Mean standard deviation(x±s)was used to display measurement data.Variance analysis was used to compare the mean of multiple groups.Multiple comparisons between multiple groups used LSD method.Classification data were compared using c 2 test.P<0.05 was considered to be Statistical difference.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analysis the correlation of two variables.Analysised the difference among three groups about the level of serum PTH and vitamin D.And observed the relationship between central systolic blood pressure and serum parathyroid hormone, vitamin D,neuroendocrine and peripheral blood pressure. Results: 1.CSBP was positively associated with peripheral blood pressure. The relationship with the peripheral systolic blood pressure is more closely than peripheral diastolic blood pressure. The correlation coefficient is respectively 0.935,0.821.2.The level of serum PTH among each groups:positively associated with normal BP group(38.35±16.27pg/ml),BP high normal value group(41.18±18.42pg/gl),hypertension group(72.28±29.54pg/ml).The level of serum PTH was higher in HTN group than NBP group and NHBP group, however, difference between NBP group and NHBP group was no statistically. The level of serum vitamin D among each groups :positively associated with normal BP group(163.11±65.79ug/l),BP high normal value group(153.51±63.93ug/l),hypertension group(118.55±85.64ug/l).The level of serum vitamin D was lower in HTN group than NBP group and NHBP group, however, difference between NBP group and NHBP group was no statistically.CSBP was positively associated with PTH and was negatively associated VD,the correlation coefficient is respectively0.452,-0.221.3CSBP was positively associated with renin,AngⅡ,ALD,endothelin-1(ET-1),and was negatively associated with nitric NO.The correlation coefficient is respectively 0.294、0.460、0.586、0.284、-0.319.4.CSBP was positively associated with BMI,glucose,,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),erythrocyte,hemoglobin,and was negatively associated with HDL-C.There was no correlation between CSBP and TC,Cr,BUN.Conclusions: 1.The rise of PTH is a risk factor of hypertension in young college students,as well as the decrease of vitamin D.2.RASS system activation and endothelial dysfunction may participated in the occurrent and development of hypertension among young college students.3.Overweight and obseity may paly a role in young adultls with hypertension.
