The Self-Made Kidney Guchong Decoction In The Treatment Of Peri Ovulatory Bleeding Of Kidney Yin Deficiencyclinical Observation

Objective: To observe the decoction of nourishing kidney Guchong Decoction in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency type clinical efficacy and TCM symptom score changes for hemorrhage during the periovulatory period, were observed before and after treatment, the serum levels of follicle stimulation prime(FSH, luteinizing prime（LH）,serum estradiol（E₂） levels and endometrial thickness changes and to discuss its possible mechanismMethods: Outpatients were collected 60 cases of peri ovulation bleeding kidney yin deficiency type of cases, control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group,the treatment group received the menstrual cycle day 10 Chinese herbs of nourishing kidney Guchong soup, and even served 10 posts; patients in control group were treated with menstrual cycle day 10 oral progynova 1mg bid, for 10 consecutive days, the two groups are connected with three menstrual cycles. The total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group, the curative effect of TCM syndrome, curative rate 70%, the control gro up total efficiency of 60%, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, two gro ups of 33.33%. rate of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the total effective rate comparison has significant difference（p<0.01）. The total effective rate was 83.33% in treatment group the main disease curative effect, the effectiv e rate was 63.33%, control group total efficiency of 56.67% main symptoms the efficacy rate of 30.00%. group two main disease curative effect the total efficie ncy and the rate comparison has significant difference（p<0.01）. The kidney Guc hong Decoction and progynova hemorrhage kidney yin deficiency treatment in th e ovulation period, two treatments are effective, and progynova during the treatm ent effect is obvious, but stopped Medicine 3 months to determine the efficacy o f a little less than the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine through the overa ll regulatory effect is more durable.2. Possible pre thickening and compared to the mean value and the two groups of patients of 3 months before treatment the periovulatory phase serum E₂ were statistically different（P < 0.01） between group difference was not statistically significant; the treatment group in the treatment of 3 months before treatment periovulatory endometrial thickness difference was statistically significant（P < 0.01）,the treatment group was increasing to the control group, the difference was significant（P < 0.01）, treatment for 3 months and treatment of FSH and LH in the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference（P > 0.05） between groups had no difference（P > 0.05）. This shows that the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of this disease with increased levels of estrogen and / or endometrial thickness,and FSH and LH has nothing to do.Conclusion: Zishen Gu Chong Decoction in the treatment of peri ovulatory bleeding kidney yin deficiency type has better clinical effect, can significantly improve the TCM syndrome, after discontinuation of the drug efficacy and stability. Its mechanism may is by regulating the hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis（HPOA） function, improve the ovarian function, and promote in the peri ovulation estrogen level is relatively abundant,endometrial thickening so as to achieve the purpose of clinical treatment.
