The experimental results show that the Modified Zizheng Dihuang San based on Xin Liang yang Yin has antipyretic effect on rabbit model of febrile diseases, t; under thermoregulation the model rabbit serum IL-1, TNF-?, also increased serum IL-10 content; can redue the damage in warm disease model of rabbit's lung and liver. These effects are particularly evident in the Wei and Qi separation stages.Conclusions 1 The professor's academic origin of professor are long and deep, which has a vital effect on the formation of the professor's academic thought. 2. Researching literature comparatively and putting into practice clinically proved the inventiveness,scientificity and practicability of Xin Liang Yang Yin. 3 The method of Mr.Zheng's scholarism of Xin Liang yang Yin has a good therapeutic effect on the rabbits that were used as warm disease model.It's mechanism may be regulating the content of serum IL-1, TNF-?and IL-10. 4 The method of Zheng's can be used as the remedial principle of the Exogenously Febrile Throat.It emphasizes the idea of "blocking wind and heat and curing the disease concurrently of Chi and blood ",as well as early prevention and grasping the points of Chi, which has a significant guiding meaning to the treatment of the disease of exogenously febrile throat,and it is worthy of further research and extension. |
