Objective:TO evaluate the cardiac function and prognosis of activating blood circulation treatment for coronary heart disease after PCI by meta analysis method. And to investigate the therapeutic value of activating blood circulation treatment after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease. The purpose of this study is provide treatment ideas and objective evidence for clinical medicine intervention in these patients. Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCT) on intervention of coronary heart disease after PCI by activating blood circulation treatment were collected from Pubmed,China Academic Journals Full-text Database(CJFD),Wanfang Med Online, VIP Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CMBdise), The D-papers Full-text Database and US National Library of Medicine of Pub Med(deadine for December 2015).All collected RCTs were screened, extracted data, and assesed according to the Jadad scale.Eventually incorporate standards-compliant 47 RCTS, including a total of 5134 cases of coronary heart disease in patients after PCI.After assessing the risk of bias using Revman5.3.3Meta-analysis software. The main index for Cardiac function(left ventricular ejection fractions) and major adverse cardiovascular events(recurrence angina, instent restenosis, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure and cardiac death);Safety index is about the exit rate of drug-related side effects and reactions. Results: After rigorous screening and selecting, this study finally included 47 RCTS, a total of 5134 cases of coronary heart disease patients after PCI.Interventions in the treatment group is activating blood circulation treatment combined with conventional western medicine, and the control group isconventional western medicine.Meta-analysis of the results by the various outcomes are shown below:Cardiac function: The results show the combined treatments can significantly improve levels of the left ventricular ejection fractions in patients[MD=3.15,95% CI(2.46,3.84),P<0.00001]. Effectively improve the patient's heart function.Major adverse cardiovascular events: After the combined treatments, the patient's recurrence angina rate was reduced more than the control group [OR=0.25,95%CI(0.20,0.31),P<0.00001]; Compared with the control group, activating blood circulation treatment combined with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly reduce coronary heart disease in patients with the incidence of in-stent restenosis [OR =0.33,95%CI(0.27, 0.42),P<0.00001], the incidence of acute myocardial infarction [OR=0.35,95%CI(0.20,0.59),P=0.0001],heart failure [OR=0.33,95%CI(0.18,0.60),P=0.0003],and cardiac death[OR=0.23,95%CI(0.08,0.70),P=0.009].Conclusions: According to the literature included 47 by Meta analysis confirmed activating blood circulation treatment after PCI in patients with conventional western medicine plus basis, can significantly improve cardiac function and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events after PCI in patients with lower rates. And compared with the control group, activating blood circulation treatment not increase adverse reactions, clinical application is more secure.
