| 1.Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion jing-well acupoints treatment on spastic paralysis after stroke. In order to explore the effective method for the treatment of this disease, and to provide reliable clinical data for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.2.Method A total of 60 patients met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Two groups were given medical routine therapy and scalp acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was given moxibustion jing-well acupoints treatment and the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment. Treatment 1 times a day, continuous treatment for 4 weeks ended. Before and after treatment evaluate MAS and SFMA of the two groups, and objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.3.Result Before and after treatment,the MAS and SFMA were significant differences within each group.After treatment the MAS and SFMA were significant differences(p< 0.05)between treatment group and control group.The difference in curative effect between the two groups is significant(p < 0.05).4.Conclusion Two kinds of methods of treatment can improve patients with upper limb muscle tension and functional activity. And the treatment group clinical curative effect was better than the control group. |
