The Study Of Treat Spastic Paralysis After Stroke By Pecking Moxibustion On Muscle Region Crunodes

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke by pecking moxibustion on muscle region crunodes, use the way of statistics to analyze the scoring changes before and after treatments, and discussed its mechanism.To provide the basis for the choice to treat spastic paralysis after stroke.MethodsIn accordance with the inclusion criteria,60patients with post-stroke spastic paralysis were randomly separated into pecking moxibustion on muscle region crunodes treatment group30cases and traditional acupoints of30cases of control group, both groups were accepted moxibustion treatment after clinical diagnosis in a stable condition immediately.After treatment on spasm of modified Ashworth rating scale score, clinical spasm index evaluation, daily life activities ability improvement Barthel index score and limb movement function Fugl-Meyer evaluation, evaluate the curative effects of two groups.ResultsAppl icat ion with spasmodical grade, spasm index, limp motor function and the daily life activities ability of patients as the therapeutic evaluation standards, results are as follows:(1)On reducing the clicical spasticity index, the treatment group with pecking moxibustion on muscle region crunodes obviously excells over the control group with pecking moxibustion on the traditional acupoints, the group discrepancy was statistically significant (P<0.05);(2) On reducing the limp spasmodical grade, the treatment group with pecking moxibustion on muscle region crunodes obviously excells over the control group with pecking moxibustion on the traditional acupoints, the group discrepancy was statistically significant (P<0.05);(3) On improving the limp motor function, the treatment group with pecking moxibustion on muscle region crunodes obviously excells over the control group with pecking moxibustion on the traditional acupoints, the group discrepancy was statistically significant (P<0.05);(4)0n improving the daily life activities ability, there were no obvious effects in both treatment group and the control group, and no statistically significant difference between groups (P>0.05);(5) The treatment group excells over the control group on the holistic curative effect;(6) Tere was no obvious adverse reaction happened in both groups.ConclusionPecking moxibustion on the muscle region crunodes can improve the condition of patients with hemiplegic limp spasm, limp motor function effectively, especially in meliorating the spasm degree, declining spasm index and improving limp motor function, which are apparently superiority over the traditional acupoints group.
