Clinical Observation Based On Tongyanghuoxue Method Using Local Burn Moxibustion And Cyclotron Moxibustion Treatment Of Herpes Zoster And Its Prevention In Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective: through the clinical observation and literature analysis herpes zoster of TCM basic theory and basic card,on the basis of this,according to the basic mechanism of herpes zoster with qi stagnation and blood stasis,the Yang,promoting blood circulation and the lesions localized burn moxibustion and cyclotron moxibustion treatment belt shaped herpes and prevent postherpetic neuralgia.Clinical observation of the curative effect,in order to improve the clinical curative effect of herpes zoster,reduced from postherpetic neuralgia pain incidence rate and provide clinical evidence.Methods: retrieval in recent 5 years and herpes zoster(shingles)dialectical typing of the relevant literature,syndromes and syndrome element list frequency table,and get the high related syndrome types,control the symptoms of related guidelines and 60 cases analysis,draw the herpes zoster(shingles)basic certificate type.Herpes zoster based on basic pathogenesis of qi stagnation and blood stasis.In this study,a randomized controlled observation method was used to observe the 60 cases of herpes zoster patients,which were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in the control group,30 cases in the control group.The treatment group based on Tong Yang and promoting blood circulation by local burning moxibustion and cyclotron moxibustion treatment,Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion therapy was used in the control group,two groups are used acyclovir antiviral therapy.Two groups were treated for 7 days,observation and analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups after 7 days,through the pay a return visit understanding 1,2,3 months after the symptoms associated with postherpetic neuralgia change.Results: through the study of syndromes that lead to the pathogenesis of herpes zoster(shingles)elements and the basic card element than "hot" but "blood stasis".Clinical research results: the treatment group and the control group two groups before and after treatment,the degree of pain,the degree of skin lesions,skin lesions area,the burning sense of the points decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7 groups of two days of efficacy analysis,treatment group and control group,the total effective rate was 90% and 76.67%,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Changes of two groups of postherpetic neuralgia associated symptoms after 1 month,2 months,3 months after the improvement,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Herpes zoster occurred due to "blood stasis" rather than "hot",so treatment should be in view of "blood stasis" mainly to hyperthermia,yang to blood stasis.(2)local cyclotron moxibustion and Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion can pass the role of Yang,blood stasis and so on treatment of herpes zoster treatment and prevention of the postherpetic neuralgia has curative effect.But the heat of the cyclotron moxibustion is more than that,so the therapeutic effect is better than that of medicated thread moxibustion,and it is more simple and convenient.(3)local burning moxibustion will form a layer of thin crust,further promote the healing of herpes.
