Influnce Of Inside Treatment Of Huazhuojiedu Yiqiyangyin Traditional Chinese Medicine Combine Outside Treatment On Life Quality Of Patients With Terminal Hepato Cellular Carcinoma

Objective: Researche the influnce of inside treatment of Huazhuojiedu Yiqiyangyin traditional Chinese medicine combine outside treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on life quality of patients with terminal HCC, to provide new clinical evidence for the treatment of terminal HCC.Method: All of the models are from the patients with terminal HCC who was in the second division of digestive disease Hebei Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2013 to December 2015. There were eighty-seven patients who suitable for the requirements of terminal HCC diagnosis, then they were randomly divided into the treatment group(58 cases) and the control group(29 cases). The control group were receiving Kang ai injection and convention Internal Medicine treatment. Based on the control group, the treatment group received the huazhuojiedu yiqiyangying traditional Chinese medicine(include baihuasheshecao, banzhilian, shengyimi, Lingzhi, Huangqi, nvzhenzi, ezhu, biejia and so on) oral administration and the liqixiaozhang ruanjiansanjie traditional Chinese medicine(include zhishi, houpo, jiegeng, ziyuan, zhibiejia, duanmuli and so on) for extemal use and last for 1-2 treatment courses(1month/course). By observing the KPS grades, liver cancer symptoms integral classification, biochemical criterion and medical imaging indicators of two groups before and after treatment, according to the curative effect evaluation level, make clinical curative effect evaluation. Meanwhile, observed the blood routine examination, urine routine examination, ECG and renal function in the treatment process to make sure the security for patients.Results: The inside treatment of Huazhuojiedu Yiqiyangyin traditional Chinese medicine combine outside treatment of traditional Chinese medicine have better effective on provide the quality of life and relieve clinical symptoms in patients with terminal HCC. 1 Comprehensive curative effect compared Compare the treatment group effective rate(86.2%)and the control group effective rate(62.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). It testified that the treatment group is better than another. 2 KPS compared After treatment, both groups showed improved KPS grades, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group had even better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3 Liver cancer symptoms integral classification compared After treatment both groups showed the decreasing of liver cancer symptoms integral classification, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Treatment group had even more decreased than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 4 Liver function After treatment, both groups showed the decreasing of ALT, AST and TBIL and the increasing of ALB, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And compared the change of ALT AST and TBIL between two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); but compared the change of ALB between two groups, the difference have no statistically significant(P>0.05). It proved that this treatment showed no advantage in improving ALB level. 5 Tumor Marker AFP After treatment compared AFP of twe groups with before treatment, the difference have no statistically significant(P>0.05). And compared the change of AFP between two groups, the difference have no statistically significant(P>0.05). 6 Tumor size curative effect compared After treatment both groups hadn't the examples of CR, PR, so treatment effective rate from two groups was zero. After treatment, the treatment group stability factor was 62.06%, the other was 55.17%. Comparing two groups could get a conclusion that the difference have no statistically significant(P>0.05). It proved that this treatment showed no advantage in changing the tumor size.Conclusions: 1 The Chinese medicine of oral administration have the effect of Huazhuojiedu Yiqiyangyin and the extemal use have the effect of Liqixiao Zhang Ruanjainsanjie in the inside treatment of Huazhuojiedu Yiqiyangyin traditional Chinese medicine combine outside treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. 2 The inside treatment of Huazhuojiedu Yiqiyangyin traditional Chinese medicine combine outside treatment of traditional Chinese medicine have better effective on providing the KPS grades, Liver cancer symptoms integral, ALT, AST, TBIL, but in the aspect of improving AFP, ALB and tumor size needs further research.
