Study Of Inner Diameter Of The Pulmonary Artery, Aorta And Superior Vena Cava On The Normal Fetal Cardiac Three Vessel View And Three Vessels Trachea View

Objective: Inner diameter of normal fetal main pulmonary artery?Main Pulmonary Artery,MPA?,aorta?Aorta,AO?,superior vena cava?Superior Vena Cava,SVC?are measured during the middle and late pregnancy in fetal cardiac three vessel view?Three Vessel View,3VV?and three vessels trachea view?Three Vessels Trachea View,3VT?,and establish the normal reference value.To investigate the relationship between MPA,AO,SVC and the diameter of the three normal fetuses at different gestational weeks.The correlation between the normal values of MPA,AO,SVC and the sex of the fetus is to be compared.?Methods: The fetuses,who were in prenatal diagnosis by color Doppler ultrasound in the first affiliated hospital of Heibei North University and the Children's Hospital of Hebei Province in January 2015 to February 2016 and were born and successfully followed before January 20,2016,were divided into 6 groups named Group A,B,C,D,E and F.And the corresponding gestational weeks for each group is: 16¹9⁺⁶W?20²3⁺⁶W?24²7⁺⁶W?28³1⁺⁶W?32³5⁺⁶W?36³9⁺⁶W.There's 32 cases of group A?15 cases of male,17 cases of female?,52 cases of group B?25 cases of male,27 cases of female?,72 cases of group C?34 cases of male,38 cases of female?,64 cases of group D?32 cases of male,32 cases of female?,40 cases of group E?21 cases of male,198 cases of female?,38 cases of group F?19 cases of male,19 cases of female?.The normal inner diameter of fetal MPA?AO and SVC are measured during middle and late pregnancy on the 3VV and 3VT view?On the same section measured the diameter three times to count the mean?.And whether sex has effect on the three main vessels is to be compared.The ultrasound diagnostic instrument: applying with the GE Voluson E8 of US and the TOSHIBA Aplio 500 of Japan.Pregnant women take supine or lateral position.Screen the fetuses according to the prenatal ultrasound screening?Level 3?first.Then,take measurement in the fetal cardiac 3VV and 3VT view of fetal cardiac mode.All data using SPSS 21.0 statistical software analysis,The data of the research was expressed as mean?x ±2s?,95% confidence interval was set to?x±2s?.T-test was used for the comparisons of fetuses,which have the same quantity and gestational age but with different sex.Difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:1 The statistical result of each group according to related parameters in three vessels view.The reference value range of fetal MPA for each group is:0.33±0.04cm?0.43±0.05cm?0.55±0.07cm?0.66±0.09cm?0.74±0.11cm?0.87±0.14cm;The reference value range of fetal AO is : 0.26±0.03 cm ?
