| Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common disease of the digestive system,chronic atrophic gastritis,intestinal metaphase(IM)and dysplasia(Dys),are all defined by WHO as precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma(PLGC).Because of its long duration and stubborn symptoms,prone to cancer and other characteristics,it brings serious physical discomfort and great psychological pressure to patients,therefore,the CAG with IM prevention has caused widespread concern,the medical profession has become a hotspot in research area recent years.Western medicine is currently not effective drugs,the only symptomatic treatment is to remove the cause on the basis of clinical effect,but it is not ideal.But in Chinese medicine,for its unique concept and characteristics of drug treatment,the use of Chinese medicine treatment of CAG with IM,not only relieve clinical symptoms,alleviate the suffering of patients,but also reverse the gastric mucosal lesions,blocking gastric cancer,demonstrated the broad prospects of Chinese medicine in the field of study.Therefore,the present study was to investigate huazhuo decoction treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with clinical effect and mechanism of intestinal metaplasia.Objective: This study was designed to investigate the luo ying huazhuo jiedu formula on CAG with intestinal metaplasia clinical patient outcomes,and by observing its clinical symptoms,endoscopy effect,pathology(large intestines ?small intestines and mixed type)effect,Helicobacter pylori cleared influence,explain its mechanism.Methods: Statistical data in this research were from Hebei province Chinese medicine hospital and the first hospital of Shijiazhuang.We selected 90 cases of patients with intestinal metaplasia and also ruled out the possible impacts of geographies and climates.We divided the patients into 2 groups by using randomized control method,treatment group and control group,which each has 45 patients,the treatment group take luo yinghua zhuo jiedu and dialectical medication,the control group take wei fu chun.On two groups of patients in the observation comparison before and after treatment,clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and pathological type(large intestines?small intestines and mixed type),H.Pylori infection;and electrocardiogram,blood and urine routine,liver function,renal function,data security,etc.Results: In this paper,the results show that: 1 Two groups after treatment symptoms integral was reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group after treatment,the symptom such as pain,belching points than the control group decreased significantly,the curative effect of treatment group than the control group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2 in terms of gastroscope curative effect,compared with control group,the effective rate was 72.09% in treatment group,control group was 48.78%,the curative effect of treatment group is significantly higher than control group(P = 0.029 < 0.05);3 in the aspect of pathology,treatment group effective rate was 58.14%,and control group effective rate was 36.59%,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.048 < 0.05);in terms of small intestine pathological curative effect,the pathology effective rate was 64.29% in treatment group,control group was only 33.33%,the effectiveness of treatment group is significantly higher than the control group(P = 0.040 < 0.05);in the large intestine pathological curative effect,the treatment group of pathology efficiency reached 42.86%,the control group was 41.18%,Two groups efficient difference is not significant(P = 0.939 > 0.05);in hybrid pathological curative effect and the pathology effective rate was 50.00% in treatment group,control group was 33.33%,Two groups efficient difference is not significant(P = 0.398 > 0.05);4 in terms of Hp clear,effective rate was 70.58% in treatment group,control group was 41.93%,and the effectiveness of treatment group is significantly higher than the control group(P = 0.002 < 0.05).Conclusion:Luo yinghua huazho jiedu formula in treating the CAG with IM,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms such as pains,anorexia,belching,and improve the results of gastroscopic and pathological examinations,has an effective Hp eradication and a better therapeutic effect than wei fu chun pills. |
