Objective:To investigate the difference of mineral and bone metabolism biochemical index between diabetic kidney disease and non diabetic kidney disease in the chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 4-5.Methods:This study involved 79 stage 4-5 CKD patients without dialysis who were diagnosed in the first affiliated hospital of WanNan Medical College, and divided them into two groups according to the difference of the primary disease, they were classified into diabetic kidney disease group(n=39)and non diabetic kidney disease group(n=40).Blood sample were collected after an overnight fasting for the determinations of serum P?Ca?ALB?HGB?alkaline phosphatase(ALP),intact PTH(iPTH),then we campared the serum mineral and bone metabolism biochemical index between the two groups.Result:1.There was no statistical difference of age,sex ratio, weight, body mass index(BMI)index between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Between the two nephropathy groups, there was no significant difference of the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR).Camparison between the two nephropathy groups, the level of iPTH,ALB and HGB were lower in diabetic kidney disease group than in non diabetic kidney disease group, while serum Ca was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetic kidney disease patients were more likely to be concurrent of low transport bone disease, especially the adynamic bone disease. The monitoring of mineral and bone metabolism biochemical index in the chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 4-5 patients should be strengthen.
