A Comparative Study On The Results Of Holmium Laser Enucleation Of Prostate,Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection Of Prostate And Transurethral Resection Of Prostate For BPH

Objective: To compare clinical results of three therapies for BPH Methods: Retrospective analysis of treatment in our department of 189 patients with BPH patients during March 2014 to August 2015,TURP in 49 cases,97 cases of PKRP,Ho LEP surgery in 43 cases,we collected clinical relevant data before,during and after the operation including IPSS,QOL score,Qmax,volume of hemorrhage,Serum sodium decreased,indwelling catheter time,hospitalization time and the complications respectively.and by postoperative 1 month,3 months and 6 months review index of international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life score(QOL)and so on,process statistical analysis,then compare three recent surgery clinical curative effect.Results: Three surgical postoperative IPSS,QOL score,Qmax and other indicators were compared with the preoperative significantly improved(P < 0.001),There was no difference among the three groups(P > 0.05);Ho LEP operation time the longest and the other two groups compared difference(P < 0.01).TURP and PKRP surgery time no significant difference.Ho LEP extubation time is the shortest,There is no obvious difference between PKRP and TURP.While compareing the average bleeding volum,Ho LEP is the least,PKRP followed,TURP maximum,Comparison of various surgical complications,the difference statistically insignificant.Conclusion: The above three kinds of surgical treatment and postoperative short-term efficacy similar to BPH.Ho LEP and PKRP are more secure than TURP.
