Objective: to study traditional Chinese medicine Euonymus fortunei people endometrial microvascular endothelial cells during hypoxia/reoxygenation proliferation effect after,and levels of serum within the VEGFR-2,VEGF expression.Methods: The third generation of people endometrial microvascular endothelial cells(HUMCE),divided into non-model group(N)and model group(Z),which made module comprises: Euonymus fortunei group(F),Ka Tuopu Lee group 1 [10-4?mol/L(Cap)],captopril group 2[10-3?mol/L(Cap)],captopril three groups 3[10-2?mol / L(Cap)],the control group(DZ).To select the modules to be made by hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)treatment,add the appropriate interventions containing serum culture 24 h,non-model group do hypoxia/reoxygenation.MTT assay was used to detect cells in each group absorbance assay and enzyme immunoassay(ELISA)within VEGFR-2,VEGF content Euonymus fortunei study of people endometrial microvascular endothelial cells after hypoxic/ reoxygenation Euonymus fortunei mechanism and on the proliferation of endothelial cells.Results: MTT values of model group was significantly higher than the model group(P<0.05),statistically significant,indicating that the people of endometrial microvascular endothelial cell proliferation and regeneration phenomena hypoxia/reoxygenation significantly decreased,Euonymus fortunei cell proliferation level was higher(P<0.05),statistically significant,indicating Euonymus fortunei group can significantly improve the proliferation of endometrial heart microvascular endothelial cells,inhibit apoptosis.In the control group compared with non-model group VEGFR-2,VEGF levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),statistically significant,indicating that hypoxia/reoxygenation state can significantly increase serum levels of growth factors and their receptors.Euonymus fortunei group,Cap group compared with non-model group VEGFR-2,VEGF levels were higher than the control group,the low level of Euonymus fortunei group VEGFR-2,VEGF levels than Cap 3 were lower(P <0.05),a statistically significance,clinical efficacy numerical score is displayed in the observation group was significantly higher than the fresh group(P<0.05),statistically significant,indicating that achieve a therapeutic effect.Conclusion:(1)Euonymus fortunei within MIRI model can significantly improve the level of serum VEGF,VEGFR-2,and promote cardiac endothelial cell regeneration.(2)Euonymus fortunei can significantly improve the human cardiac endothelial cell proliferation and adherent,effectively improve the proliferation of endothelial cells.(3)Euonymus fortunei can be controlled to some extent on the level of proliferation of endothelial cells and inhibit excessive proliferation of endothelial cells,which may be between the level of regulation within a certain level of regulation captopril interval range.
