The Clinical Observation Of Curing Impotence With Shen Ling Qi Yang Granules

Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of curing impotenc wit h Shen Ling Qi Yang Granules.The task is to explore the mechanism and clinical curative effect of curing impotence with Shen Ling Qi Yan g Granules through randomized controlled trial with applying statistic an alysis and clinical epidemiology method,which is benefit to the normaliz e and scientization of traditional medicine,for giving play to the advan tange of traditional medicine,for the cure of impotence to provide the c urative method of definite curative effect,short course of treatment,littl e poisonous and side effect,low recurrent rate,being accpted by patien ts and improve survival quality,which has obvious scientific significance and produce more social and economic benefit.Method:to choose 90 cases being observation objects that were diagnos ed as impotence in Chinese and erectile dysfuntion in western medicine,which come from andrology clinic,the first affiliate hospital of Guang xi University of Chinese Medicine,which divided into experimental gro up and control group,respectively 45 cases through randomly on a co mputer,and because imcomplete data and cases fell of so that get rid of4 cases,therefore actual effective cases are 86,respectively 43 cases i n two group.Shen Ling Qi Yang Granules was given one agent dosage per day,which is brew methods by 200 ml warm boiled water,than ta ke it after breakfast and dinner in experimental group;while Shuganyiy ang Capsules 0.25 g * 36 pills was given in control group,4 pills one time,3 times per day,Oral after meals.All the patients to be observed in a period of treatment(4 weeks),and were followed up for 3 months after the treatment.All patients in clinic were performed at the same t ime with non-pharmaceutical interventions in two groups,including to make appropriate psychological counseling to patients,suggest patients t o change unhealthy life styles,guide patients to establish healthy lifesty le.To contrast with cases in two groups and obseved the patients' IIEF-5,EQS,TCM syndrome integral,change the severity of impotence and se curity index,and evaluate the curative effect and security after treatmen t for 4 weeks of curing impotence with Shen Ling Qi Yang Granules.Result:25 cases were cured,11 cases were excellent,3 cases were eff ective and 4 cases were void after treatment,which total effective rate is 90.70% in treatment group;while 16 cases were clinically controlled,12 cases were excellent,8 cases were effective and 7 cases were void in control group,which total effective rate is 83.72%,and treatment gro up was superior to control group(p<0.05);two groups' IIEF-5 and EQS grade significantly improve after treatment,and treatment group was superior to control group(p<0.05);two groups' TCM score dramatic dec line after treatment,and treatment group was superior to control group.Impotence of mild,moderate,severe impotence,their effective rate in treatment group were respectively 92.30%?91.67%?83.33%,and 86.67%?85.71%?71.43%in control group,and the effect of the treatment group i s better than the control group in syndrome of mild,moderate,severe i mpotence;The syndrome type of impotence,syndrome of decline vital g ate fire,horror injury kidney syndrome,deficiency of heart and spleen a nd syndrome of liver-qi stagnation,their effective rate in treatment grou p were respectively 95.00%,83.33%,88.89%,87.50%,and 88.90%,80.00%,76.92%,85.71% in control group.And the effect of the treatmen t group is better than the control group in syndrome of decline vital ga te fire,horror injury kidney syndrome,deficiency of heart and spleen,sy ndrome of liver-qi stagnation.No serious adverse reaction was found in all two groups during the treatment,which show good security.The se curity index of blood,urine,dung routine,fasting blood-glucose,blood f at,the function of heart,liver and kidney,and sex hormone and so o n had no obvious change before and after treatment.The patients do n ot appear impotence symptoms over and over again after 3 months of r andom follow-up.Conclusion: Shen Ling Qi Yang Granules can significantly improve IIE F-5 grade and EQS grade,reduce the TCM syndrome integral,improve the body symptoms,and Shen Ling Qi Yang Granules is worth prom oting because of its effect time long,good security,no obvious poisono us and side effects.
