Clinical Observation Of Vacuum Erectile Devices Combined With Tadalafil Therapy In The Treatment Of Mild-moderate Erectile Dysfunction

Objective: To assess the efficacy of combination therapy of vacuum erection devices and tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups.Group A(n=20)were treated with tadalafil(5mg qn)only;group B(n=20)were treated with vacuum erectile devices therapy(30minutes qn)only;group C(n=20)were treated with combination therapy,including tadalafil 5mg and vacuum erectile device.After 3 months,the length and girth of the penis,international index of erectile function(IIEF-5),erection hardness(EH)and sexual satisfaction before and after the treatment were compared.Results: The length and girth of the penis of group A increased unobvious,however group B and C were all markedly increased(P<0.05);IIEF-5 and EH scores of three groups after treatment were all increased obviously(P<0.05),and the effect of group C was better than group A and B;Sexual satisfaction both men and women of three groups were all increased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combined treatment of vacuum erectile device and tadalafil therapy can significantly increase the length and girth of the penis,IIEF-5 and EH scores as well as sexual satisfaction,which is worth of being widely applied in clinic.
