Clinical Controlled Research On Tiaozhi Capsule For The Treatment Of Hyperlipemia(HLP)

Object: To observe and evaluate the curative effects of Tiaozhi capsul e treated Hyperlipemia(HLP)Methods:Patients with dyslipidemia in phlegm and blood stasis syndro me who were suitable for the research from the patients of Department of Cardiology in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of T.C.M.It lasted from March to December in 2015.Then we divided the m randomly into treatment group and contrast group.The treatment grou p was given tiaozhi capsule(three pills each time,three times a day,a fter meals)and the control group was given Xuezhikang capsule(every t ime 2 grains(0.3g per grain),twice daily,morning and night after dinn er.)A course of the treatment was 2 months.In the end,we makes a co nclusion after observing the patients before and after the treatment on t he Chinese medicine symptom integral,liver and kidney function,and t he level of blood glucose.Results:Blood fat of two groups were lowered obviously after treatme nt,of which treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The symptoms and symptom integrals of the patients were decr eased in tiaozhi capsule combined with Xuezhikang capsule(P<0.01).S afety indexes like blood routine,routine urine,dung routine,blood bioc hemistry,routine 12-lead electrocardiogram were no exception.Two gro ups of patients in the observation process had no obvious adverse reacti ons.Conclusion:Tiaozhi capsule has obviously lipid-lowering efficacy whic h can significantly improve the physical discomfort symptoms and quali ty of life.The security of Tiaozhi capsule is very good,as well as has no apparent side effects.
