The Clinical Study On The Pexilla Oil Soft Capsule In Effects And SOD MDA Of The Hyperlipemia (Stagnationof Turbid Phlegm Diagnosis)

Objection:To study the curative effect and safety of the perilla oil soft capsule in treating the hyperlipemia (stagnation of turbid phlegm diagnosis) and the level of SOD,MDA.Methods:60 patients who certified as hyperlipidemia according TC the Diagnostic criteria of Western and Chinese medicine,were randomly divided inTC the perilla oil soft capsule group (30 cases) and Xue Zhi Kang Capsule group (30 cases) according to 1:1.The two groups were separately treated by perilla oil soft capsule and Xue Zhi Kang Capsule for 8 weeks, and measured the general physical examination items,all items of blood lipids, liver,SOD,MDA and kidney function before and after treatment.Results:1.The difference of TC, TG, LDL-C and MDA of perilla oil soft capsule has remarkably decreased,the SOD has greatly risen which around the treatment has statistics significance (P<0.05);But the HDL-C is non-statistics difference (P>0.05).2.The difference between the blood fats inspection of the two groups around the treatment,does not have statistics significance (P>0.05) by group T-test.Although the difference of TC,TG and LDL-C of two groups around the treatment have no statistics significance (P> 0.05).3.According to the safety of the perilla oil soft capsule is non-statistics difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:1.The perilla oil soft capsule may obviously reduce the hyperlipemia' s TC,TG and LDL-C could be considered as a safe and effective drug with low adverse events.2.The perilla oil soft capsule can abate the level of MDA and hoist the level of SOD,and It can make the body antioxidation.
