| ObjectiveThe injury of the rabbits’ ear vein was analyzed under different drug administration modes which contain different drug concentration,speed and capacity of adriamycin hydrochloride,aiming to provide the basis for the prevention of phlebitis in clinical work.Also the study was to observe the effect of Mg SO4 combined with VB12 and glucose in the treatment of phlebitis induced by adriamycin hydrochloride and find a better treatment for nursing of phlebitis.Methods1.Twenty-seven Japanese big ear rabbits were numbered by body weight.The orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels were used.The three factors were the concentration,speed and capacity of the drug.The three levels of concentration were 0.05%、0.10%、0.20%;the three levels of speed were 30ml/h、60ml/h、90ml/h;the three levels of capacity were 10ml、15ml、20ml.Nine rabbits were selected randomly in one trial.The drug were injected all through the left ear veins.Seventy two hours after the injection,we cut off the ear vein,made paraffin specimens and sections stained with HE.Then the situation of inflammatory cells infiltration in vascular HE staining sections were observed under light microscope.The whole experiment contains three observations and the average value of the results were analyzed.2.Twenty four Japanese big ear rabbits were received the injection of 0.2% adriamycin hydrochloride 10 ml,with a injection speed of 90ml/h,through the two ear veins of each rabbit.After forty eight hours of the injection,the ear vein inflammation models were made.Then all the rabbits were denoted by weight and were randomly divided into four groups and four different treatments were carried out.Rabbits in group A were treated with 50%Mg SO4.Rabbits in group B were treated with VB12 and 50% glucose.Rabbits in group C were treated with 50%Mg SO4,VB12 and 50% glucose.The control group had no treatment.The intervention was performed two times a day(8am and 5pm),and each intervention lasted 20 min.Seven days after the intervention,the materials were taken and the results were analyzed.Results1.In fast speed(90ml/h),low concentration(0.05%)and low capacity(10ml)group,the injury degree of ear vein is of the lightest(grade I).And there were few inflammatory cells immersed under microscope(six).On the contrary,In low speed(60ml/h),high concentration(0.20%)and high capacity(20ml)group,the injury degree of ear vein is of the lightest(grade IV).And there were more inflammatory cells immersed under microscope(seventeen).2.Using 50% Mg SO4 combined with VB12 and 50% glucose in treating phlebitis has a better effect,compared with using 50% Mg SO4 or using VB12 and 50% glucose.It can significantly reduce tissue damage and shorten the healing time of phlebitis(P<0.05).It can be considered the better treatment.Conclusions1.There is a close relationship between injection speed,concentration,capacity and vein injury.Only in a fast speed,low concentration and low capacity injection way,can decrease the occurance rate of phlebitis and inflammatory cells immersed.2.The treatment of mixture of 50%Mg SO4 combined with VB12 and 50% glucose can significantly improve the cure rate of phlebitis and shorten the healing time. |
